Vera's underwear is fantastic, i now never wear anything else. Sizing is a bit odd however- I am generally UK size 16, but am 2XL in Vera's. Also I never expect the pants to take sudden heavy incontinence- i wear a thin pad in addition for added security.

If I could give a negative review I 100% would!! I ordered bras, size XL on 01.22.2026. I received them on 02.09.2026 and they were the wrong size, XXL. I have repeatedly emailed them asking for an exchange or a refund. They have constantly just gave me the run around. Not communicating the return address. I purchased the bras for $46.66 and they first offered a $7 refund. I asked for a return address so I can exchange the bras for the correct sizes. They declined. I have emailed them daily to rectify the problem and they have failed to give me a return address so I can return the items. Now they're offering $14 dollars but still not willing to give me the return address. In their latest email, they said that they will only process the return once the items have been returned, but I would have to pay for the return shipping costs and that in their experience it takes over one month for the product to be returned, which I only have until 02.22.2026 for them to receive the product. -100% review in product, customer service and product advertisement. Do not buy for Viral Vera!!!!

I like these Vera underwear, I will say the are better than others I have but can still leak if I have a gush moment.
I do find that they seem to have a distinct aroma even after washing, I'm not sure anyone else around me can smell it but I can.

Excellence product and service from Vera. Friendly and helpful and generous. Can’t praise Vera enough.

These are about my third order from Vera I love them and bought some for my holidays. they are comfortable and wash and wear perfectly, after many years of wearing pads, at last undies that I can wear and don't need to worry. Thanks for the perfect undies Vera.

"ViralVera"I received poor quality bras that the sizing was way off of their own guide. Then, it was near impossible fo find HOW to contact them and thus far, its been a lot of back and forth with them attempting to not honor their return policy. I paid $80 USD for 4 bras, which were supposed to be Buy 2 Get 2 Free but are such poor quality, do not perform as they suggest, and are small enough to fit a child. They offered me a $14 refund and to keep the bras. I refused such. If they dont refund my money, I will file complaints with the BBB, my bank, and the pay platforms that they use as well as plaster social media with this review!

Yes! They are scammers! I bought 4 pairs of leggings and they sent the wrong colors AND THE WRONG ITEM ALTOGETHER!! When i declined their offer to discount the unwanted items, they then tell me ok send them back but you have to pay to send back to China! They send the wrong stuff and I have to eat shipping??? Avoid ViralVera or get scammed!!

Sizing is way off and style is not as pictured and shipping takes forever! I ordered large and couldn’t pull them up past my thighs. They replaced with XLs and, I can get them on—-barely! They are not briefs as pictured and barely cover my butt. The leg holes are extremely tight and cut off circulation. The product itself seems okay, but you need to order 2-3 sizes larger than what you would expect and that doesn’t resolve the issue of being too tight around the legs or that they are hip huggers, not briefs and that wait 4-6 weeks to receive. Too bad, because I really wanted them to work.

I wear these all the time it is nice to feel no worries about leaks

I like era underwear, the only disappointment is in the odor..they need to do better with that!

Lovely Underwear The fit was good and comfortable. I haven’t given them a good test yet as I am still a bit wary of going out without a pad on, I ordered Vera’s signature four layers and that style I think is slightly higher to the waist and I like that style

I think I got scammed. Like many other reviewers have said, no "Vera" label inside at all, and the pair I've tried was ill-fitting and definitely not leakproof. The underwear cut into my legs and hips, and was lower in the back than the front...and kept falling down in the back through the day. I ordered the correct size for me according to the size chart, and it was too small. Thank goodness I didn't spend full price on them. I don't remember it taking a long time to receive them, however I waited a while for a "light" day at home to try them so it'sbeen a while. I hate to think how bad they'd be with a "heavy" day!

I ordered £96 worth of underwear the money was taken from my account immediately I’ve never received my goods or a refund I waited 7 weeks with different excuses coming from Vera
Then miraculously after my last complaint 8 weeks later I was told it had been delivered
It was never delivered to me A photo they sent as proof of delivery was blurry with no visible address
Please be aware

I did not have good results with Vera'a Underware. They do not absorb leakage with moderate bladder release and require using a pad additionally.
They come from the same distribution center and exact same address as a poor quality brand from China.

They suck. First time I used it they leaked through my pants. And for over $100 they want me to ship them back to China at my cost.

When wesring Vera’s famous undies, i always keep in the back of my mind that they are protection from leaks, not floods. I still have to make stops by the restroom but leaks in between are not in the same category. If a flood is possible, i add a pad! I think this makes me more comfortable and secure.

Waste of money not leakproof
and odour not deslt with. Strong smell of amonia. Takes forever to arrive. Very dissappointed , dont waste your money. Sizing on small side also.

The sizing was all wrong. I thought these were briefs, but they were like bikinis. I needed to return my entire order, but it would be at my expense back to China. They issued a small refund, which did not cover my $158 order. Do NOT purchase this product.

I like the underwear, but I think they came from China. It took a month for me to get them. I noticed right away inside the panties, the label does not have Vera inside the label. I think they are fake. They fit me well and are not tight. I have a pad with my underwear to make sure they don't leak we will see.

Not right size the inseam to short off 1 1/2" off I had to open package to try on
Spent 158.00 an got 20 pairs non fix so was told. To send to China to get my refund. But how do you do when you open up pkg to try 1 one it didn't fit.tgey don't want you to open up pkg. So all I get back I. 15% = 23.00 if I get it sounds like this company is a scam. Going to try to get 23.00 back out of 158.00i spent. They do t make the right size. Crouching to small off 1-1/2 " don't think there going out business that just s am to draw in customers
