Once more I ordered some pantees because I was pleased with my previous purchase and again I find I am delighted with them. I have also given some to my daughter who is also pleased. Many thanks. I can’t understand these nay-sayers.

Well i was kept informed about the making of them expected deliveryand about any delays, the slightest British is the sizing but I ordered xl wich is normally 14but they came up larger though this is probably a good thing as most discreet underwear i found shrinks the quality is excellent

Unlike some companies who take your money but send neither the product nor a refund, Vera are trustworthy and provide a good quality product. (Ignore the hand-stitched hype!) I ordered size S, assuming size XS would fit an 8 year old, and they arrived quite quickly. But size S was in fact too big for me, and Vera honoured their pledge to send me a replacement pack. Vera always replied promptly to my emails and in a friendly manner. Their customer service is excellent, the new size fits perfectly and I would highly recommend Vera.

I’m blown away with this underwear you get up in the morning. You have a shower. You get ready to go out and do things or have appointments with consultants and that but I don’t have to worry now with this underwear. I can feel confident I can feel clean and my goodness this has made me feel a total difference how I deal with my body if I’m caught short It’s amazing. I recommend these knickers.to everybody who was worried about travelling or going anywhere and you might have a leak or have a problem not with these knickers on you don’t . it really works it s amazingly if I could give it 100 stars I would do that. I’m so pleased with my purchase .but the service I’ve had the price is right and the people are so kind and look after you at the end of the day you’ve got something which you don’t have to worry about anymore having a problem with leaks and this makes a difference this product so if you’re one of these ladies has a problem solve it by buying this underwear because you will never look back. Great pants. Very comfy. Took a while to arrive but worth the wait.

Bought for myself and friend who are in our 60's and have both found them comfortable, great fit and easy to wash and dry each night in bathroom. The extra small have been the best pants I have ever worn as I am verily small in height.

The product is not bad. Better than some others I have tried in terms of leak/odour proof although there was some slight shrinkage in the wash. Not enough to bother my wearing but it was there. Stitching on some started to fray.
However, the marketing is shameless. they are very expensive. They are using a 'closing down' strategy to sell and when you make a commitment at full price, they then offer you half price to buy more. Ethically, that would be lovely if we have a chance to try the product but felt a slap in the face after paying £9 a pair! So their ethics are a little questionable

This company is a scam. Purports to be a sole woman trader closing her business (overworked) in Australia, complete with picture of her at her sewing machine making leakproof panties for incontinent ladies at a very costly price. Website also asked for donations for "Vera". Stated to be cotton. They are not; stretchy material. Promises a satisfaction guarantee. All lies. "Vera" is no doubt an AI picture, and actually is a company Morena Moretti Ltd shipping by the thousands out of China. Contact to cancel and refund ignored.

This is a scam company who lie and say it is home made in UK in cotton. They use an inferior material that does not even work. Nothing as described at all. Not fit for purpose. Could not even get help from ebay. Total waste of money. Scammers Do not waste your money

I am very pleased with the undies - they do what they say and I have purchased 3 lots . Also the support team is excellent. I had a problem ( beware fake sites!) but the team were prompt at replying and were very supportive. Thank you

If I could rate zero I would. I ordered on July 17, 2025. I have not received my order, however they are telling me that I did. They are saying that it was signed for and want to give me a credit of $16 for the inconvenience. However, I paid $83.46 and have nothing. I have done everything that they have requested of me to find my package, but I do not have it. I have requested a copy of the signature since I know I did not sign for it and they cannot provide this. I order packages all the time and have never had a problem receiving anything. My advice is do not order from them.

The original order took a long time to arrive and was far too small. I contacted the company and was immediately offered a replacement order which would be delivered to me freely and I was told to keep the original order. I was very pleased and satisfied with the company. and the product seems great, too.

Mine arrived today I ordered 4xl from your sizing there is hardly any material at the front they go nowhere near my stomach even with the band they are shorter in front than a bikini Pictures of product shows the top band is above belly button No they are not Mine is among many other similar complaint's about this False advertising and photos. Not happy

Communication was excellent yet products took some time to arrive from the time ordered. Very well packaged on arrival with an extra gift. Thank you Vera. They are well designed., the gusset and back is superb - ensuring light discreet layers that give confidence. That is well done.
Vera is reliable, communicates well and keeps you informed all plusses.You can be sure that Vera will get your order to you even if it takes longer than expected.
Cons - Materials used. I'm a cotton fan which I find more breathable and comfortable against my skin.
The material used to make these was not cotton more like polyester? While they are soft to wear , they're hotter than cotton would be..... As they are not cotton I will not be reordering but satisfied enough to wear them.

I purchased these underwear about a month ago and have found them to indeed be very comfortable to wear all day without feeling damp or uncomfortable. However during that time we had very warm weather and I found them to be very sweaty which made them a bit uncomfortable so might not be suitable for a very warm climate. I also feel they are too short in the body and slide down below my stomach. I would prefer them to be a bit higher in the waist. Other than these two issues I would recommend them and have certainly been wearing them daily and have ditched the panty liners.
