I ordered two items, but only one was delivered. When I queried this, I was first told that the second item was out of stock but would be sent shortly. A week later, I was told it had been dispatched. No tracking was ever provided for this item, unlike the first. It never arrived.

Over the following weeks, the explanation kept changing from delayed to possibly lost. I was also told that a refund had been issued for the missing item, but I did not receive it.

I was repeatedly asked to be “patient”, yet nothing was resolved. After eventually returning the item (after delays in receiving return details), I still had no refund 25 days later and no response to follow-up emails. I had to recover my money through my bank.

Inconsistent information, no accountability, and a failure to refund. I would not order from this company again.

I bought the grey cardigan costing £36.99. It sheds like crazy. I had to get rid of it as the fluff got everywhere. I know there is a warning on the label that it might ‘peel’ but this was ridiculous.

My order never arrived and still waiting for a refund.
Customer service non existent.
Would not recommend this company to anyone.
