I ordered November 16 th and I haven’t heard from this company, I got a tracking number but that’s it , it shows that the package has been waiting for courier 🚚 hasn’t been selected of package hasn’t been sent , my bank will give me a refund this was a disappointing experience

They charge me 188$ instead 39.99$ for the same product and not shipped me all items. Scammers! Fake business!

These people scammed me. I ordered $45 worth of products and was charged over $600. Plus their product is very poor quality and the labels even are poorly marked. Don’t buy anything from them.

TOTAL AND COMPLETE SCAM, MY EXPERIENCE IS EXACTLY LIKE OTHER REVIEWS HERE, ORDERED 40$, THEY SEND YOU A CONFIRMED ORDER NOTICE WITHOUT THE PRICE, I CANCELED THE SECOND THEY MAILED ME WHAT I ORDERED, THEY SAID THE CANCELATION REQUEST WAS SENT, NEXT DAY I GET AN EMAIL SAYING THAT THEY SENT THE PRODUCTS AND I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT.... 400$, PLEASE, DON'T EVEN GIVE THEM A DOLLAR. TOTAL FRAUDS/THIEVES AND THEY EVEN LIKE IT.

Total scam as with all the reviews only order one product got three & charged $ 334
Products smell old and very greasy total waist of money also this review sight should report due to the very poor supply I spent days trying to return something I really was able to afford have not be able to contact company - six weeks later still have products can’t use and can’t return

THIS IS A SCAM!!! PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, CHECK THE REVIEWS!!!!

I only wanted one product about $40, but as soon as I typed in my address, it automatically and illegally became an order. The product was not even listed anywhere. I sent them over 5 emails and it kept claiming that my product had been shipped after I typed my Australian address. I allege that this is definitely systemic Fraud, and action should be taken against Veona.

Please do NOT ever buy this product. Sadly I didn't read their reviews. Bad service right from the start - I thought I was to be charged approx $30 then got charged $300+ - they did refund some of the money and sent the product. I tried it and it really burnt my face so I asked for a refund. The refund was offered if I shipped it back (at my cost) and also had to pay for a restocking fee??!! Why does one want to purchase an opened product that has been restocked? I explained this and they offered a discount so I could still use the product?? (that burns my face, hardly likely). Plus when I did go to throw out the product I saw the expiry date was 2019 - I received it this year 2023! They haven't even acknowledged this complaint just saying my partial refund was issued in March and maybe it is taking awhile to come through (same answer I always get). So disgusted with this company. PLEASE DO NOT GET SUCKED IN.

I AM so damn glad I read the reviews....I was suspicious about this product and company and my suspicious have been proved correct.....This company is stealing money and their products dont appear to be any better than cheaper products you buy over the counter. will never buy this product...thanks to all the reviewers here

I didn’t even order anything and they still took my money somehow. Don’t click on their website and look out for outgoing payments from PROXY-STORE.COM

The makers and advertisers of this so called skincare product should be ashamed of yourselves!
I haven't and won't be purchasing any of your products after reading the reviews, all negative, not only don't they work but you are helping yourself to customers bank accounts by charging an extra $300 or more!
How dare you and shame on you.
I'm in a position to warn 100's of people within minutes about your scam and will be doing so, not only that, you are reported to NSW Fair Trading.

I ordered what I thought was Day Cream, about $40 or thereabouts, BUT was debited to my Credit Card for over $300. I have cancelled any membership. I will keep the products, all four of them as I cannot be bothered to waste money on postage. Will NEVER buy from them again.

So you are saying that the intro package is just the jar of anti aging cream?? I was under the impression that I would get the cream, eye cream and a serum.

If that’s the case I’m very dissatisfied and feel the advertising was misleading. I wanted to try the product and assumed intro package ment an opportunity to try out the products before committing to future purchases and seeing does it really work.

I was also disappointed that this product is manufactured and sent from overseas but you don’t know until you hit the pay button!

I see that it’s product invented by two Australian women so why can’t it be made and posted from within Australia?

When will Facebook & Google start being held responsible for allowing Known Fraudulent Operations from using their services to Rob people!!!

My figures are identical to Christine’s (9/9/2021). I was looking to pay AUD49, and my debit card was hit with $312.41. At no point did I authorise the payment of anything - I DID NOT press “Confirm”. We cancelled immediately and this was totally ignored.
I am annoyed with myself that I did not read Trustpilot.
Can there be any other Company who gets 1 star on 98% of Reviews?
Their methods are totally fraudulent and it should be closed down.

It was written $39, they charged me $373. It is a real scam.

SCAM! They tell you they will charge $49. And then take a huge amount of money. They took $345 off my card. I will be taking it up with my credit card company.

Be honest and stick to advertised prices and stop this dirty money making game. I nearly fell for it

Nearly got scammed with this but luckily enough I looked on trust pilot & its a absolute scam

Thank you to Trust pilot and people's reviews I was looking for my elderly mother but very quickly realised this was a scam as thought it would be !!
