I'm going to leave five stars because Venus love dolls has an amazing customer service team. I placed my order, they have tons of payment options so that nearly anybody who has ever dreamed about having one of these dolls to keep them company is going to be able to do so.

I purchased a starpery doll. I was taken back by just how beautifully realistic her face was and the fact that she resembles both a Hollywood crush and a fictional character crush. Literally a fantasy come true

Starpery however took about twice as long to manufacture the doll as indicated. Venus lists in their shipping section that the doll is manufactured within a week and shipped out within another week in that ideally you wait about 14 days to get your doll

I waited more like a month. But through that entire time Sandy and the rest of the amazing customer service team here were giving me updates about what was going on and when I could expect the doll to be finished and when I could expect it to ship

As such I was never worried about anything happening and sure enough she came today

She has just a couple of minor blemishes visually, there's a little bit of discoloration on her lips. But overall it's nothing to really be concerned with. I tell myself it just makes her unique and even if somebody ordered the same doll with the same design choices (of which they offer many). She would still be my unique girl.

I'm still getting used to her quirks and the best way to handle her, but I know no matter what I will not be disappointed. She's got a cute little outfit on and is chilling right next to me and it's worth it just for the companionship, never mind the bedroom play.

As described, received correct factory photos prior to shipping, great communication.

Excellent! Beautiful work and detail. Great and trustworthy company. Was a little unsure at first but the guy who answers the phone (yes they have a phone number and they pick up) was very helpful, knowledgeable and down to earth. Then i knew they were the real deal. Answered all emails and inquiries...these guys are on it and have the best selection! Even got official Venus love doll lube. They walked me through every step of the process ensuring my comfort. In the end...very satisfied and happy customer. Good job Venus! Your changing lives

Yah this was my 3rd order a 4ft 3 piper ,from Venus selection and it came fast ,packed to perfection ,shipped right to my door ,cute doll krili ,and the service was the best and follow up on the order it was perfect 10s on everything service,shipping and packing protection, and hair,lips,eyes ,, standing all complete,thank you very much

Let's start of with the shippinp. ups not the best choice i wasnt given any details about when my order should arrive. I don't mind if my order takes 10 days but I wasn't told anything about it which isn't venus fault but there choice of delivery services isn't a great one. The doll it self I'm a little confused on it because I was shown a picture of one with different appearance but the one I received was 1 full color except for the vagina which arrived as a light pink coloring. I want to return this but I would have to wait again to receive a different one but thats the only problem with the doll. This doll is a little on the heavy side and it's easy to get dirty if you don't have a clean place. Over all the doll feels grate so I give this a 5 for the doll. This is my honest feel but I do like the product.(VLD has great customer service my issue was solved quickly and efficiently thanks to Sandy.)

Sandy is a good salesman! Venus doll has a customer service rep. and this is a big plus when making a purchas. HR doll166cm is a beautiful piece of art but has puffy hands and is very heavy; almost unmanageable. Her face is stunning and could be compared to any run way model. The doll should be made in various sizes. Same body, same face, downscaled. Venus is a good company that carry many brands, I would buy from their company again as long as they don't ship my package using FedEx!

The product selection and customization is outstanding too. Lots of different dolls and the prices are very good as well but I always go with certain brands; I found them by emailing WM Dolls , and they are authorized vendors there, so you can buy with confidence.
I rate them 5/5 stars; they deserve it.

I can't recommend Venus Love Dolls enough. They are pleasant to talk to and will help you through pre and post sales like no one else; quick responses to your email & text. After 5 dolls and ~20 heads through 6 vendors, this should be considered high praise. They are very experienced and have good relationships with the factories.

I have decided to do purchase with venus love doll because of the constant communcation between us thru text. Sandy is very responsive with what I want and my needs. Even though their price is a bit higher than other doll companies, I decide to go with service rather than price. All throughout the purchasing experience, the communication was great. I was picky with my colors of certain body parts, but they did choose to according to what I want. They did get little impatient when i ask them to change 3rd time because it is not the color I desire. The doll came in good time. I think it was little over 1 week that I receive the doll. They shipped the wrong doll to me with totally different body and head. But I am glad they did because it gave me chance to really look at the other body type with bigger breast, different weight of the doll, and different joint stiffness. I response to them and they did ship the right doll to me and gave me free shipping to mail the wrong doll back. The doll I order was about 90lb, because I weight it on the scale. But the website says it is around 82 pound. It is extremely heavy for me. Very difficult for me to move the doll around, let along washing the doll. The hip and shoulder joint is very stiff, very hard to shift them around. It is a workout just getting the doll to where I want to be. I had the doll for about 1 month now.. I do enjoy this doll and she is a great companion to me. Just having the doll with me makes me happy. I have learn ways to dress, bath, move her around.
