I eventually did retrieve my order in the style I wanted, however it was a completely different flag compared to my own flag that I purchased for Antigua and Barbuda. I was 100% disappointed and I thought about returning the item, but instead I should just never purchase from here again.

Received product in good time, even with postal issues and it was packaged well.

The notebook was thin with very few pages to make a worthwhile journal.

My clock is beautiful and very well made, I've also bought cufflinks, wrapping paper and earrings, I'm very pleased with all my purchases and deliveries have been prompt

I purchased the I am a Queen clock as a present which was absolutely beautiful and well received by the recipient at Uni. Please note the crown on the clock is designed to be off centre and not as the 12 O'clock marker. This does not take away from it's beauty and original design. Delivery was quick. Item was packaged well to avoid accidental damage during transportation. Great customer service as I had a tailor-made request which was met. I haven't given this a 5 star rating simply because I wish the affirmations which are in gold were more prominent on a pink background as they appear on the one advertised in black. They need to be brighter so as to be read clearly from a distance, on different coloured backgrounds. I'm sure this won't be a problem moving forward and will be taken on board as this appears to be a young and ambitious company with desires to grow in this particular market of culture and representation. I will be purchasing from this company again.

I love the designs from Venus Island, they feel fresh and new. Every time I wear a piece I am sure to get a positive reaction followed by being asked where I bought it. I'm waiting for all pieces to come with range of earrings, bangles and or pendant because I love to match my accessories. I have just ventured into the Island designs and it is great to be able to twin Islands together to produce a personalised piece - I purchased as a home gift, and everyone loves it. Items are light in weight, and have a hand/home made feel and look to the finished product. I love such pieces, so am happy to recommend and will purchase from agin.

I was very pleased with the packaging and the delivery. The items I received were as expected and the designs are really good. I would love to see even more creativity in the AfricAfroEccentric area. As a child of the 60's era, this range of accessory really suits my style and I would purchase more diverse designs, that fit my black culture, if they were available.

I purchase a jumper from Venus Island and I love it!!! Such a clean design, and looks exactly like to the picture on their website but even better. Wish there was more designs. But I will be keeping my eye out after this review.

I was contacted because the item I ordered was not complete, however the alternative that was provide was amazing. I work in retail as a manager in a company that prides itself on customer service and this is the type of level we expect. I rarely get it from other retailers let alone an online one. Very happy especially as it’s a small black owned business. I’ll most definitely shop again and recommend!!!!
