Prompt, efficient, helpful and personal support

I appreciate being able to speak with an actual person with an enquiry. The staff are always incredibly helpful and respectful and have always sorted out any issues promptly. My enquiry and request were sorted out within a few minutes.

Real humans - real service

Having real humans facilitate the transfer of my website was awesome. Prompt and courteous responses to my questions and the support team's patience was greatly appreciated. Glad to now have my site hosted in Australia with a business that provides great personal service that isn't reliant on AI /Chatgpt 'assistants'!

Excellent Phone customer service skills

A bit of a lengthy hold time before call being answered,

But getting passed that, it was all good, spoke with Zac on the phone who could not have been more pleasant and helpful, i had received an email saying that the ABN was not matching my company details, that number was never ever mine, and confirmed by my company accountants, correct ABN now been lodged, and online access now set up, all good.
