Consumer Disputes (ARN, case 2025-20675)

This company is registered in Hong Kong (TeniGlow Co., Limited) while actively targeting Swedish consumers.

I received a decision from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, case 2025-20675) confirming that I am entitled to a refund of 2,899 SEK. The company did not respond to ARN and has not complied with the decision.

This raises serious concerns about how they handle customer disputes and whether they follow basic consumer protection standards.

Do NOT do business with this company

Do NOT do business with this company! They publish fake reviews and will not accept returns. They say that you must pay to return the product to China and pay a tariff and a 15 % cancellation fee. Then they will not accept a return unless it is sent to a specific address, which they will not give you.
