Venom 

Absolute rip off. It don’t work the way it’s advertised. Falsely advertised.

It’s been a month since placing the order and based on tracking info, the product had arrived in the UK on 25th July 2024.

There has been no update on this since and I am yet to receive my order, refund, or any correspondence from customer service. The fact the web store states delivery between 3-14 days, I assumed the maximum it would take is 2 weeks for my order to arrive (as purchased from UK) but I am deeply frustrated with this outcome.

Absolutely rip-off and utter rubbish, to put it mildly. I don’t recommend it to anyone. They took my money but neither refunded me nor provided the promised product.

Absolute rubbish company, tried to purchase perfume they took my money , but kept emailing me for further information re my address, they got full address and postcode first time and twice afterwards , still waiting for my refund, RUBBISH COMPANY , still no response from this company after they requested further information through trustpilot, which I emailed to them

Venom (SEO services) is an amazing business partner. They were thoroughly ready to get started from the first moment I signed off. They also provided upfront objectives and milestones for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd months which they have delivered.
Finally, their flexibility and openness go beyond expectations: We underwent an important change in content and business strategy and they adapted and moved proactively on their end to keep delivering all why being pragmatic and impactful during this change. They didn't keep working just for the sake of delivering metrics! This is a rare trait in a business partner, one I want to highlight for anyone considering working with Venom.
