Cheap clothing that does not fit or reassemble the ordering picture. When I emailed costumer service for a return, they told me to either keep it or resell it. They said they would give me a 15%discount on my next order and I would have to pay for shipping back to china. This is a fraud company.

Do NOT order from here. Ordered on July 4th, chose express shipping, and still have not received the order. They claim fast delivery, but their fast delivery is 1 month. Would hate to see what there regular shipping is - 2 months? Not only that, but their customer service is HORRIBLE! I had to email 4 times, message them on their social media and post on their Facebook page for them to even respond. The kicker is that when they did email me back, they not only disregarded my questions, but they gave me the WRONG TRACKING INFORMATION and say hope it gets to you soon, like that will make things better. Legit the worse company I have ever dealt with, very unprofessional.

This is a dishonest company. The items I purchased were too small, so I followed the instructions on their website to contact customer service about a return. Before they would tell me how to return the items, I had to send them measurements of my chest/waist/hips and photos of the items. Why do they need that information for a return?!?!?! However, I did as they asked. It has now been a week, and I have exchanged multiple emails with the customer service and they STILL will not tell me how/where to return the items; they have suggested multiple times that I just keep the items and try to resell them (I have continued to tell them I am not interested in that). Now they are saying they will refund me $5 (my original order was $80!!!) but I should keep the items, even though I have told them multiple times that I do not want to keep the items. I will NEVER order from this company again, and neither should you!!!

I just received my items and the quality of the clothing is absolutely unacceptable for the listed price--especially due to the fact that they don't look like the pictures! Please don't waste your money on this website-- the label on the bag that the clothes come in (from china), lists the actual cost of the dresses. A dress that costs YOU 30 dollars to buy, is actually worth only 3.00!

The cost to return is up to us, and that's exactly how they screw people over. Most wont bother to return the items because the shipping cost is more than the price paid for the clothes!

This company is making a huge profit from our purchases and shouldn't even be legal.

I will share my negative reviews all over facebook, warning people about this company.

Horrible clothing. They are poor quality. They come from China and take forever to get to you. Customer service is horrible. I hope I can get my money back. I should have known better. Nothing that I ordered looks like what was in the pictures

Cheap unwearable shotty product shipped from China. Costs more to ship back than what the dress cost. Shame on me for not looking at reviews before ordering.

I ordered three dresses. They said it would be 8-13 business days until they arrived. Two months later I got my package. One dress had straps two different lengths. They were all cheap and thin and poorly made. I contacted them to return the dresses. I had paid $75.99 and they offered me to keep the dresses and receive a $5 refund! I said that was unacceptable so then they offered $8 plus a code for 15%off my next order! Like I would ever order from them again! I finally got an address to return them to but shipping cost $63 and they said they’d deduct customs fees so I’m stuck. I have no option but to eat the cost of these crappy dresses. Don’t order from this place!

This "shop" makes clothing of the absolute lowest quality not worth even a fraction of what they charge you. The pictures online are misleading and when I inquired about returning the item they gave me the run around and all I have received are cryptic responses via email stating they don't understand my request. This place is a scam. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING from them.

A total sham! I ordered a floral pink dress from their site (on the photo it looks like a reddish pink) but what I received after over 2 weeks of waiting is an awful bubble gum pink colored dress.

I contacted the customer care and got a ridiculous response about the photographers having different lighting um this is beyond different lighting, it's called a totally different dress! If you expect people to buy from a website and not a store you need to make sure the photos are accurate and also allow people to zoom in to see the details. Otherwise I would have never purchased this.

I would tell everyone to shop somewhere else!!

If I could rate this company with less than 1 star, I would! This company should be shut down, and is a complete scam! Don’t order from them! I ordered three dresses. They arrived and are horrible cheap quality. I followed the company’s so called return policy listed on their website with a 30 day return warranty and asked for a return label. The company won’t send the return label and stated I needed to take pictures. There is no point in taking pictures as the issue is the horrible quality of the product. Since when do you need to provide a company with pictures and jump through all these hoops to return an item?! Absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous! Don’t purchase from this company! It is fraudulent and does not follow what is stated on their website.

I paid expedited shipping and they took ages to send one of the dresses i ordered! wrote them about 10 emails asking for them to cancel the order and for my money to be sent back! never did!!! the dresses are HORRIBLE!!!! THE MOST CHEAP SYNTHETIC FABRIC IVE SEEN IN MY LIFE!!! they come directly from china! this company should be closed as they are a complete and total scam!!!!

I also would give this company zero stars if I could. My experience has been atrocious. I spent $70 on dresses that didn’t fit and I wanted to return. It took them one week to reply to my email and the best they could come up with was giving me $5 and 15% off more of their crap. No thanks. When I told them how horrible my experience was they replied with, “Ok, dear” What in the actual?!?!?! This company needs to be shut down. It sounds like all of us have had the same exact awful experience.

Absolute worst costumer service. We ordered rompers that were terrible material - completely see through and cheap. I tried calling their customer service line many times with no response. When I emailed the company, the customer service representative was unhelpful, told me they would not assist me or put me in touch with a manager and then stopped responding. I do not recommend this company at all.

was so worried when I saw the poor reviews however to my surprise I really love my order. It fit perfectly according to measurments on the size chart and felt like a good quality thick material. Delivery also only took 3 weeks which is impressive since it came from China. There is no veni-dress labels or anything on it but for the price the clothes are very cute and better than expected Will absolutely order from here again.

Do not ever order from this site. Poor quality dress. Most importantly, extremely bad customer service. Refusing to provide return label even though I explained I did not like the material and the way it fits. What else do you want? But they insist I must provide pictures. Since when do we need to justify an unhappy online purchase?? Also they don't seem to allow people to post bad reviews on their website.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS SITE. I ordered 2 dresses , the one was a bit larger than expected, cotton t-shirt dress, that's not the bad part though. The 2nd dress I had ordered was a lace one with cutouts along the ribs, short in the front with a longer layer overtop that went lower in the back... this dress was so poorly made I couldn't believe they actually sent it to me. The cutouts were not symmetrical on each side, the amount of thread leftover was in a bundle on the inside of the dress, the dress itself was so friggen short, no one would be able to wear it without showing butt cheek and maybe more (don't even think about sitting in it), the zipper was not trimmed properly so the stray material was just left to hangout in your butt. I sent pics to customer service and explained that this dress belongs in the trash and I would not be trying to resell it, but I wanted my money back... the offered $5 USD plus a 15% discount on my next order... UNACCEPTABLE. I refused to send it back as it would cost me about $20 and take 2 months to get to them... they wouldn't send me something to replace the dress, no credit offered for the amount, and eventually all I could get out of them was $7 USD... What a friggen laugh.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could!! HORRIBLE customer service and return policy (there is NO returns unless it is damaged) The clothes are see- through and made with very cheap fabric- super poor quality. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from this place.

I ordered $108 worth of clothing and I haven't been sent anything. Money was withdrawn from my account but no clothes. Pretty sure they just took my money... Terrible company!
UPDATE: I contacted customer service about having the money already withdrawn from my account and nothing shipped (ordered 2 weeks ago). I asked them to cancel my order and refund my account. I sent multiple DO NOT SEND and CANCEL ORDER. They replied by sending out the package. They do not listen to their customers.

This company is a complete scam! I purchased 2 items through Venidress on Instagram. The items where shipped directly from China and are not north American sizes so they don't fit. They are both constructed of extremely thin, cheap material & are both completely see through. I have contacted their customer service department for a refund and they responded by asking me to provide pictures of the items showing how sheer they are. I responded to their request with pictures of the items on a hanger and now they are asking me to take pictures of me wearing the clothing. What legitimate company would request that I send pictures showing that you can see my body or undergarments through an item they sell?! I have included the names for the both items that I purchased below. I have filed a complaint with PayPal & will also be contacting Facebook/Instagram and BBB.

terrible quality, long shipping, terrible order communication. the cardigan i ordered is literally missing the buckle detailing on the sleeve and the fabric is wierd. tempted to toss it because they probably won’t do a return. the dress i ordered is okay, but nothing great. not worth it!
