Items have never arrived. I selected shipping speed of 6-10 business days. It has been a month and a half and nothing has arrived. I have exchanged emails with them about 50 times and they keep telling me to be patient, but the items have not arrived and are so far off from the timeline they told me that I have missed the event I intended to wear them to. this is such a terrible company, I cannot stress enough how BAD they are. They will take your money and never deliver a product. That, my friends, is not only dishonest but FRAUD.

Terrible experience! The dress I ordered looked nothing like the photo on their site. After waiting several weeks to receive it, it was wrinkled & awful quality. Don’t waste your time trying to get a refund, won’t happen. They’ll ask you to sell it to a friend. Really? The site should be taken down. Don’t waste your money on their CRAPPY stuff!

AWFUL! I did not receive the correct item let alone even in the correct size. And don't waste time trying to get a refund. Horrible experience. I've been unhappy with on-line orders before, but at least I was able to get a refund.

TERRIBLE! This company should not even get one star. I ordered two dresses, and when they FINALLY arrived, they were completely see through. They were more like swimsuit cover ups. I went back and forth on email with customer service. They did not speak proper English and said they could give me $5 or I could sell the dresses to a friend.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They advertise on their website a "return warranty". I bought three dresses one of which barely liked, the other two were way too big. I wanted to return them or even exchange them. After a back and fourth email conversation between a customer service person who barely knew english, they told me to sell them to a friend. This is a direct quote from the email:

If you can keep it or resell it or send to others , we can provide a coupon code for your next order as compensation ,is it ok ?

If I could give them 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. LOW QUALITY, POORLY MADE and they DO NOT follow their own return policy. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Do not buy from them! They are a scam! They claim to have a 100% return policy, and it is a lie. When I asked for the return address, they tried to convince me several times to keep the merchandise or resell it on my own. They claimed that mailing it back wasnt worth it and too expensive. From DC, it cost $30 to return in mail. Now they're claiming that haven't received my returned items. Its been two months since I've mailed it to them.
I'm all for cheap, inexpensive clothes, but the quality was so poor, there was no way I could wear the clothes.

I purchased a sweater which came weeks later with stains on the back and a hole in the pocket. When I reached out to customer service they told me to wash it, sew it or try and sell it to someone. That is absolutely the most ridiculous response I have ever received from a company. They also said they would send a coupon code for my next purchase. They didn't actually send the code, only mentioned it in multiple emails and then I asked what the code was for and they said 20% off my next order. I told them their customer service needs help, and I would never order from them or recommend them to anyone ever! WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME!

I wish I would have read the reviews before making my purchase. The quality is terrible. Buttons either missing or dangling by a string. The items do not even look like the pictures. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I wish I would have read the comments before I ordered. I found a black jumpsuit and decided to order it. About 15 mins after ordering I seen so many bad reviews so I got online and found an email address and asked for my order to be canceled. The next day I got an email saying they would take care of it. This was 2 weeks ago. 5 days ago I looked at my account and seen the money was never put back into my account so I emailed them again letting them know I didn’t get my money back. A few hours later I received an email from them wanting to know why I wanted to cancel my order. Then a few mins later I get another email saying my item shipped. Poor customer service. Will never order from them again.....

The quality of the clothing is terribly poor. It is nearly impossible to get a refund. I'm still trying and it's been months. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before I purchased several items. The reviews are true, the quality is poor, the communication with the vendor is poor. I will say the day I purchased items, I did two separate orders. One rush and one standard shipping. The rush order was received as specified, but the standard shipping, took a month. It is not worth it.

Items (in one order) the quality is terrible! I tried to return the items as the policy says you can within 30 days. After 6 emails back and forth they would not give me the return address. They asked me to sell it to a friend. Then they said I not only would have to pay shipping I would also have to pay freight of $60.... they could refund me $8 on a order that I spent $160! Do not do business with them! This company is in China! They are terrible! N

I ordered four items with only one that was acceptable quality. I did not notice that they didn’t accept online returns but emailed them as directed. I was told I had to explain more about my issues and attach pictures. I continues to go back and forth until I finally gave up and basically lost my money.

UNACCEPTABLE. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting with absolutely no updates to my shipping. When I purchased the items, it was under the impression I would receive my items between 8-15 days like the website promises. Instead, I ordered them in mid-August and it took two weeks to "ship" but has supposedly been sitting in customs in China for over a month with no communication from Venidress as to why. I've tried to file a claim to get my money back and their response was "please wait a little longer." Totally unacceptable.

can I give this company a less than one? Their products are terrible, the sizes are completely off of what is reasonable or to be expected and despite their website saying you can return items within 30 days, you cannot. When I reached out to make a return they said, "can you just try to sell it yourself?". I mean seriously? Then they said you can pay to ship it back to CHINA which cost more than the article of clothing. It is a complete sham. Do NOT buy from them.

This company is a scammer! Their products are horribly low quality and their return policy is such that they only give your money back on receipt of the item. Since they're in China, they don't cover the cost of return shipping. So on top of the overpriced cost of purchasing the items, then you pay a lot to return it, but not so much that you can get a tracking number. Without a tracking number, you can't confirm that they're lying about not receiving the item. I returned my items in July. They never refunded me.

I am so disappointed in this site. I ordered two items a jacket and a sweater. Neither came as pictured. The material is cheap and felt like. The sweater is two different colors and is pictured as one. I requested return info and the customer service offered to give me 20% off my next purchase. What a joke. I will not be ordering again. When I continued to ask for return info they said they would give me a refund of $5 and I could resell the items. I could never resell these items in good conscious. I spent $65 and they want to give me back $5. They are a joke. Save your money.

Terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I wish I had read reviews and knew where it was coming from. Just cheap Chinese crap. I'll never order from Instagram again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - IT'S A SCAM!!! Everything comes from oversees and takes over a month to receive the order. I carefully read through the return policy as I was leery to order from this website and I should have listened to my gut. Once received, I realized the extremely poor quality of the clothes and the fit was terrible. I inquired about returning the items and this was the response from the company after my initial email:

Dear customer,
If you can keep it or resell it or send to others , we can provide a coupon code for your next order as compensation ,is it ok ?
If you want to return ,we are afraid you should pay for the postage ,the postage is also very expensive , It is not worthwhile，how do you think about it?

Then I pointed out that this was not noted on the website and they responded:

Dear customer,
Our warehouse is in Shanghai China.
You can return to us, and do you agree to pay the freight?

Or we can refund you $10.could you keep it or resell it or send to others ?
