Great product, professional experience

Emile and Colin installed our shutters within 2 hours - it looks great! They were professional and friendly, and expertly advised us on options for finishing touches. We waited about 3 months for the shutters to be manufactured, and it was worth it!

Great service from Ab!

Ab did an excellent job dismantling my old curtains and installing my new ones. He is super professional! He arrived on time, he had all the tools ready, he worked quickly and neatly. Communication was very easy whether in Dutch and English so everything went smoothly. Thank you Ab!

Overall I am really pleased with…

Overall I am really pleased with veneta. Nice quality and great installation by Arnold and Robin from veneta team. One point of improvement can be wait times. In our cases we waited from November to March, which might feel overwhelming.

Great help and perfect curtains

Great service , great help by Alco!
All the measurements were done correctly, I was given the option to see many different fabrics and personalized advice. The delivery was much faster than I expected.

Final result: Perfect curtains! Veneta is the best

Wonderful and professional experience…

Wonderful and professional experience with our Shutternlind installation today. Niels and DJ are an asset to your team!
They were on time, helped with some preparation I hadn't managed to get to, and we're very friendly and professional from start to finish.
We are also super happy with the quality of the blinds and the installation. Fabulous experience and highly recommended

Super happy with the installation of our shutters!

The shutters we ordered for between our living room and kitchen fit perfectly and look fantastic! The man who came to install the shutters was super friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, the installation went smoothly and fast but to perfection !

Great Customer Service

I received a visit from Alco who provided a great consultation.He took the time to go through the various options and was a great help in whittling down the choices.

I have yet to order but I really enjoyed the consultation- clearly alot of great knowledge and expertise !

Service through movies

I bought 4 large aluminium blinds. After 1 year: all of them have an issue with the plastic click lock of the cord, it often opens when using. Totally annoying. 2 blinds have winded up ropes all along the canal of the Jalousie. How that? I open and close normally. I contacted customer support and they send you a movie back 3times. Next time I find a cheaper Ikea solution and know upfront there will be no service.

Zero Customer Care!!

If I could give this company zero as a rating I would. DO NOT buy blinds from Veneta if you expect any type of customer service after purchase. I ordered and paid over €800 for slatted blinds in October 2024, firstly I had to wait 3 months for the fitter to come and fit the blinds, which was done in mid Jan 2025. The fitting did not go well; the coving at the top of the blind was sized incorrectly so the fitter basically did a hack job, reassuring me that this would be reordered and the fitter would come back and make them good. Also one of the blinds is too short for my window and needs replacing. However, since reporting the issues nothing has been done, and I mean NOTHING. It took four phone calls to their support team to get any response from the advisor. Despite me having a bad experience and being a highly dissatisfied customer the advisor has not bothered to do any follow up or contact me in any way for the past two weeks. This company is a disgrace, they are happy to take your money but offer zero customer service. Potential customers be warned. My advice is stay far far away and buy your window blinds from another company that actually cares about its customers.

Really bad service

Really bad service. 3 times wrong measurements made by them, the sales contact doesn’t pick up the phone anymore, no one replies emails or gives updates. No managers available. If you want advice: look for another supplier. We are waiting to get a proper service since October 2024.

Wrong advice... then "you should have complained earlier" !

In 2023, we bought some Veneta curtains. To secure our choice, a technician came. Based on his recommandations, we changed our mind and we selected a model for a "click and turn" window. A mistake.

This model (Plissegordijn Draai-kiepraam TH24) is really difficult to use: if your window is too high, you need a stick to close/open the top part of the curtain. This stick has a plastic handle that you need to put on the plastic grip of the curtain. Then, 2 magnets at the top are creating a force that you need to balance when you move down. As the 2 pieces of plastic are not easily connected, it's easy to slip and to make a whole in the curtain with the stick... :-( It's what happened to us after 11 months of painful use.

After making a claim to underline this issue, the first answer was that we should have complained within 4 weeks despite the 8 years guarantee.

It's a pity. Overall, the quality of the curtain is good but the model for the "click and turn" is bad. I should have complained earlier...

I would have loved to receive the visit of a technician to analyse the situation and maybe improve the product / notice.

Customer service was not helpful. The only answer was "make a new quotation" !

Thanks for sharing your feedback. So sorry to read you aren't a happy customer at this point. I can understand your views on the matter but after a year there's not much we can do.

As already talked about over the phone you can't claim warrenty when you caused the damage yourself, that's not how it works.

When you receive an order you also receive a unique satisfaction guarantee. This means that you can chose the order another product when the received product isn't what you wanted after all. However, the period to claim this ends after 4 weeks past the delivery. You receiver the product over a year ago.

A technician can't repair rips in the fabric so we didn't offer this as an option. The only solution to this is indeed a new quotation, to make sure you have the product you would have liked in the first place.

Very happy with Veneta

Very happy with Veneta!

We highly recommend the company and are personally thankful to the consultant Tobias, who helped to make good design choices to dress up more than a dozen windows in our new house north of Copenhagen, and the installer Christian, who has spent two days installing them with absolute top attention to detail and care. This kind of service combined with a very reasonable price has provided an unbeatable value to us.

The only "problem" is the skyrocketing demand for this company's services and the corresponding rather long lead time for installation (prepare to wait for one-two months).
