Do not use this company

Do not use this company. Nothing updates so you WILL have angry customers who will not receive an item because it already sold on another platform. You cannot make any changes to the app in your phone. Everything must be done on a desktop. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD.

poor vendoo experience

a lot of interface software issues, continuously in beta stages, continuous changes and updates. their system never aligns and transfers information properly. I've had so many duplicate listings, listings not deleted properly, charges for incorrect eBay format of buy it now vs auction. horrible customer service experience.

Bait and switch company

Bait and switch company. They do not show or explain clearly the numerous limits and lack of functions until you pay and "try" to list items. Lots of errors trying to list on every platform, no phone number, no live chat or help. Looks like it just a hub to see everything you sell in one place. Their help said their bulk lister doesn't work and there are lots of issues with the software and every item has to be listed separately on each platform and NOT list on one platform and submit to the other platforms. An attorney general needs to look into this company.

Stay away if you value your sanity.

We've been using the Vendoo's Unlimited service since July 2024 and have had issue after issue with the site not working as advertised. When an item sells on one site, it's supposed to delist it on any other site you crosslisted it to. This literally works about 50% of the time. If you're not verifying every item is delisted after every sale you make, you will be constantly bombarded with items selling that you already sold, which will result in having to cancel sales that should've never been made if Vendoo was working as advertised.

It's also very difficult to crosslist items to multiple sites due to variances between sites, so you end up doing nearly as much work to crosslist through Vendoo as you would do just manually listing on each site alone. Virtually making the delist feature the only one worth actually paying for, and it doesn't work very well.

Vendoo is a great idea, but it's obviously still in BETA and far from ready for retail service. The customer service is also non-existent unless you just need someone to talk to that can only relay your issue to someone who may or may not take days to remedy said issue. Save yourself time and headache and wait until they're out of BETA testing and maybe the service will be worth paying for.

The CEO of vendoo contacted me personally and offered a refund of the subscription we had bought. We certainly appreciate this gesture and hope that the service gets these issues worked out in the future. When working correctly, it can be an invaluable tool for resellers.

Absolutely horrible business

Absolutely horrible business. Their refund policy is a total scam to get easy money, probably because they’re losing customers to cross listing sites with better tech. The customer service is abysmal and has no regard for nuance or grey areas. I don’t see them lasting long, use a different service.

Where do I start...it always has bugs and now the extension (which is required) will cause poshmark to have issues! warning!

Where do I start? I have tried to like Vendoo over the years as a reseller with thousands of sales to my name. As a top rated seller, it's important for me to have the best tools on my side. VENDOO isnt it. There are constantly bugs and issues with their system being down. And worse yet, their chrome extension, which is required to use their software now causes SERIOUS BUGS WITH POSHMARK. THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE. It has never properly sale detected so I still run into issues with items being oversold and having to process that manually. Vestiaire never works. I am so DONE giving them FREE (actually I am being CHARGED!) QA WORK! It seems they care more about paying influencers than they do hiring good developers. After this last straw wherein their own staff admitted the whole website was down and said no refund or credit could be issued despite services not being rendered, I AM DONE with this garbage time and money waste. There are so many competitors out there who actually work. Bye! Don't let the door hit you on the way out VENDOO. Hope that vacation you took all your staff on (and went offline for!) was worth it when you inevitably fail for good.

Got me permanently banned from Vinted

Got me permanently banned from Vinted, due to a technical error where the brand name is not selected on Vinted. CS did however refund 14.99 out of 16.99 I paid for the months subscription..

Tired of Trying

I've been trying to use Vendoo for three months now and I'm giving up. It has been nothing but problems. Every week or two, there is something new. The CS team always has the attitude that it is somehow my fault, or the marketplaces' fault, never their fault. I expect that when I pay a good sum every month, I won't have to continually clear cookies, uninstall and reinstall, sign in and out, and have it still not work. There must be something better for cross listing out there!

I wish I could leave a ZERO instead.

I was so excited after watching some YouTube reviews about expanding my eBay store. I got all set up, then it kept giving error messages as I tried to list on Poshmark and Mercari. I finally got Poshmark to stop giving error codes, then Mercari worked for one item and then quit working altogether. I was talking with customer support and they kept advising to delete and reinstall chrome extension. I did and it worked once, then quit again. They claim the problem is with Mercari and not them so they refused to refund unless I gave them REMOTE ACCESS to my computer! I do not trust this company< I would never give them access to my computer. They said they would refund and then refused because I said they cannot access my computer. Very frustrated with this experience and especially them denying a refund. Even if the problem is Mercari and they can't connect, that was the service I was paying them for so if they can't provide the service, they should refund. Obviously, if it was user error, any good company would easily refund. If not, they must have this problem repeatedly and need to hang onto money.

Account suspended because of Vendoo

Takes a ridiculous amount of time to cross post, cant pick up basic category information so you have to manually adjust every field. Vinted account was blocked due to repeatedly selecting wrong brand despite selecting correctly in Vendoo. Customer service aware of the issue but didnt warn or provide brands that this occurs with so I could avoid account suspension. Auto delist doesnt work properly, have to manually track and delist. Basically charging a premium price for a poor quality beta product. Stay away

This site has way too many problems

This site has way too many problems. I wish I had never started with them as now I am trying to figure out how to drop them with over 1200 listings I'm not sure what to do next but I'll figure it out. The delist and reslist does not work, items that have sold on one platform don't always end on another platform, items already imported show as not imported. It's a nightmare and customer service gives the same answer for everything. We're working on it. They don't know what they're doing. Don't get involved with them.

Horrible waste of time

Tried Vendoo and within three days I had completely given up. It’s so time consuming to cross list because there are so many fields that don’t transfer data, and you have to repeatedly enter the same data on the forms for each site. Easy stuff like size and category don’t even get shared. Issue with images not properly posting and need to be removed and then replaced. Bad and slow customer service. I wasted an entire weekend trying to use Vendoo and now switching to something else. Customer service would not return my money.

Nothing at all works

Nothing at all works. The constant crashing and nothing delists. It made reselling so much harder. I tried Vendoo for a month however, Zipsale is much more stable.

I also didn't like how Vendoo UK customer service replied to my emails. They had no patience, they do not offer and compensation when their service is constantly down. I'd give ZERO STARS if I could

Do not waste your money with Vendoo

Vendoo has problems when you delist & relist on Ebay, it mixes the information in the description that cannot be read, you have to fix your ads one by one, it also has problems with photos after delist & relist says, "A mixture of self hosted and EPS pictures are not allowed". In Mercari it changes the categories of the items, in Poshmark it does not synchronize all the listings, it has left me without listing up to 20 items that I have to upload one by one en Poshmark, I wonder why pay for a service if I have to fix all the errors that Vendoo makes. no sense to me to pay if I have to do everything one by one in the 3 Marketplaces. It's wasted money. THEY DON'T RETURN THE MONEY Customer service keeps making excuses until your patience runs out. My advice DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. If you have another service that works for you, DO NOT change it to Vendoo.
