I live in County Durham, England. I'm now waiting for the third attempt at delivery! The first two went to addresses in Ireland and Scotland respectively. This third one appears to have a destination in the USA!
Lots of excuses about it being a busy period, delays at the warehouse and difficulties with the couriers. No response to frequent requests for a refund.
I bought shirts from these people , after a month and several email I received a tracking number which had totally incorrect information about my delivery. Several more email insisting I had received my package which I still have not over 2 months later
