Don’t order from these scam people had to go to my bank and report a dispute ad they refused to cancel my order , even tho the money still pending and not been dispatched yet god knows what’s gonna turn up

I ordered a bag and it came different to the picture online very bad quality and the gold in the colour was different to picture and the video on tiktok. I have reported them to trading standards as they selling bags that are not up to standards. Please do not buy from this company.

They advertised some shoes on their website, I ordered them. When it didnt come I messaged them. They said the goods will arrive soon. I contacted them a few weeks later and they said they had to cancelled the order as the shoes were now out of stock. After lying a couple of times that a refund has been processed, they eventually said it is their policy not to offer refunds, instead they gave me a discount code. These guys are thieves. Don’t buy from them..

I’ve bought 5 bags, 2 of which I’m delighted with. The 3 others were very disappointing and weren’t as advertised. The hardware is cheap and too yellow - not like they show in their video advertisements. Delivery is slow, too, but I wasn’t in a rush for them so this didn’t matter so much to me.

I ordered 4 items. The items did not arrive together. Some were delayed. One item had a faulty zip. When I contacted customer service they told me a replacement was being dispatched. I waited several weeks and no replacement was ever sent. After contacting them again they then told me I was not eligible for a replacement. Very unhelpful and misleading. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Absolute scam company!!! Got sent a terrible bag that was nothing like what I ordered and it was also faulty!!!! Refused a refund!!!

Avoid. Bad quality bags. Linked on TikTok as unboxing genuine bags but they are very bag quality fake ones that you can buy on the street with a fraction of the price. No refunds although it state ‘30 days money back guarantee’

Ordered a bag which didn’t arrive to my home address, then was told I couldn’t have a refund , they sent the item again , it’s nothing like advertised on their shop absolutely nothing like it it’s a copy of a guess bag badly made I would not recommend anyone buying from here save your hard earned money it’s not worth it , had I read the reviews first I would never have spent my hard earned money with them , how do they get away with this they should be shut down

I recently ordered a bag from veditamilano, but I am very disappointed with the product I received. The quality of the bag is extremely poor and does not match the product shown in pictures or description. And they don’t accept returns?

Less than 1 star. Don’t buy from this company.
I bought some boots but what arrived was totally different from the image on their site - colour, material,shape and sole. They stated actual products may vary from the images on their site and they are final sale so will not offer a refund even though their website clearly offers a 30-day money back for purchases. There is no refund policy on the webpage.

On their site they claim 4.8* reviews but this clearly a lie.

My 16 year old daughter ordered a Medium Longchamp handbag and when it came it was smaller than she had expected. We have tried to return it and been corresponding via email. The company will not accept returns on 'sale' items even though the majority of products are discounted - very few items are not marked as 'final price' . We then noticed at the very end of the returns policy the company website says the following about exchanges "For items on sale, VENDITA. does not provide refunds. These items can only be exchanged for another item from the collection or redeemed for store credit" When we asked how to exchange, they have advised that their systems cannot process exchanges for different sizes but they offer a 'discount' on another product within the range. Effectively my daughter would have to pay out again but also keep the 1st product even though the policy clearly says they will exchange. They do not have stores so the store credit referred to is also an illusion. I did have an email exchange but they have somehow just now deleted the email exchange on all my devices. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING

I’m warning others about this company (vendita-milano.com), based on my personal experience working for them as a customer service representative. The products they sell are not authentic—they are replicas, often shipped from China. They frequently list items as "on sale" to avoid processing returns, claiming all sale items are final, when in reality, they simply don’t have a proper return address.

During my time working with them, I was not paid for my final week. It appears they frequently change business names, which raises further concerns about their practices. I plan to report them to Longchamp for selling counterfeit goods.

I have bought a few bags from Vendita Milano and the service is genuinely outstanding. I have recommended them to my sister, and will prefer this company over any others. Excellent after care also. Thank you.
