I bought a Windows 11 Home key and I received the key instantly after the purchase. But I actually needed a Pro key. I contacted support and Sid responded quickly and helped me switch the keys. The new key worked great. Thank you!

Happy ending with caveats
I got a key from vendafly because I read some recommendation online. I paid for it a bit more than other places because I felt it truthful.
The key I bought was already used.
Then I tried to send an email but there was no email to be found and after some search online I realized they only use the chat assistant. I had to wait several hours but Sid helped me get a new working key replacement.
After reading some experiencies here in truspilot I found out it is quite common that the first key you buy is already used and that, to be honest, speaks quite poorly of the company.
