Awful company
complete scam been trying to get in contact regarding my order no replies and i only recieved one of my 3 items while paying for premium delivery. do not recommend even if receiving all items as the quality of them is beyond cheap. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Terrible customer service...
I ordered on the 8th of march and at this point it hasn't even been shipped. The customer support is sloppy and takes days at a time to reply on the website and getting an email reply is even harder.

Avoid, service diabolical, lies and clothing terrible quality when it does finally arrive
In reply to my last review, this dodgy awful company replied that I had a full refund. No I didn’t.
I contacted them through email to ask where this alleged refund was and intimated they never respond anyway and they did reply with « hey » literally just one word like children, to show look we do reply.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND IGNORE ANY REPLY THEY MAKE TO THESE REVIEWS AS ALL AN ABSOLUTE PACK OF LIES !

Really questionable
I ordered three items on November 25th and two of them came on december 20th. The two items i got were a beanie which was the wrong color and shoes that had questionable quality and fit a little tight. I also ordered a zipup which has not yet arrived and when i try contacting them i dont get a reply.

I ordered three blouses 14 days ago, have been writing to customer service for four days now and still haven't received a number that I can track my package on.
I have paid for fast delivery so I would think that 14 days is a long time.
the problem is still not solved I just want to say and I still haven't received my clothes either
so now I'm excited to see if I can get them before Christmas as they are Christmas presents.
I see vencae have replied and no we haven't solved my problem so I don't know where you got it from I still haven't got a tracking number the only thing I got from you is an order confirmation…..

Vencae is fake
I received my items today and I was really not happy. It took two months to get the guys home and it said 2 weeks. Now I got the package home. What I got was some fkn Chinese crap that was not at all like the picture. I wasted $100 on this crap. NEVER BUY HERE AS THEY ARE NOT GENUINE.

I paid for fast shipping but my package was never sent. I wrote messages to their costumer service and got answers that were clear lies. I kept writing asking for my money back and got really unprofessional answers like “Do you want to keep complaining?”.

We are sorry for both ends, but we have done our part in it. As we were nice enough to let you keep the product aswell. Our shipping was not avalible to your country so we had problems with the courier.

Taking a long time and no answers
Been waiting for my order more than 5 weeks now and the tracking still says that "These items have not yet shipped". Nobody answers me when I send emails about the hoodie.
Probably will not order again. Not very confident about getting the hoodie at all.

Order placed on October 3rd and still no news about the shipment of my order...
So I ask "what's happening with my order?" and I'm told it's been shipped, but on the website it hasn't moved since October 3rd.
I don't understand how an item that's supposed to be in stock when ordered can take so long to be shipped!
I feel like I'm being taken for a fool...
I give them 2 stars because they still respond.
