J'ai reçu mes extensions de cheveux et…

J'ai reçu mes extensions de cheveux et la qualité était très bonne pendant les 3 premiers jours. Cependant, après le premier lavage, j'ai constaté un changement majeur de la texture. Même ma coiffeuse m'a dit que la qualité semblait très médiocre.

J'ai été frustrée mais j'ai choisi de croire qu'en utilisant des produits coûteux et en prenant soin des cheveux correctement, le problème se résoudrait. Je porte des extensions depuis de nombreuses années et je sais comment les entretenir.

C'est la première fois que je commande chez vous, et malheureusement, après seulement 1,5 mois, la qualité est complètement ruinée.

Les cheveux s'emmêlent excessivement et perdent énormément, malgré le fait que je dors avec un bonnet chaque nuit pour les protéger. Rien n'y fait, contrairement à toutes mes extensions précédentes. Je suis vraiment déçue d'avoir dépensé autant d'argent, d'autant plus que votre entreprise a de très bonnes critiques. Actuellement, je me retrouve avec une masse emmêlée impossible à coiffer.

J'ai joint des photos montrant la perte de cheveux et l'état actuel. J'espère vraiment que nous pourrons trouver une solution ensemble et que vous pourrez peut-être m'expliquer ce qui s'est passé. Je ne pense pas que cela reflète vos standards habituels, mais il y a peut-être eu un problème de fabrication ou de traitement des cheveux.

Je ne peux même pas toucher les cheveux sans qu'ils s'accrochent à mes doigts et qu'une grande quantité tombe à chaque fois. La texture semble artificielle, frisée et extrêmement sèche, malgré l'utilisation de traitements au silicone, de masques hydratants et de produits professionnels pour cheveux afro recommandés par ma coiffeuse.

J'espère avoir de vos nouvelles rapidement afin de résoudre ce problème à l'amiable.

I received my beautiful hair extensions from you and initially experienced very good quality during the first three days. However, after the first wash, I noticed a major change in the hair texture, and even my hairstylist told me that the quality seemed very poor.

I became frustrated but chose to believe that using expensive products and giving the hair proper care would solve the issue, as I have worn extensions for many years and know how to maintain them correctly.

This is my first time ordering hair from your company, and unfortunately, after only 1.5 months, the quality is now completely ruined.

The hair tangles excessively, sheds heavily, and despite sleeping with a bonnet every night to protect it, nothing helps — unlike with all my previous extensions. I am honestly very disappointed to have spent so much money on your hair, especially because I know your company has received very good reviews. Right now, I am left with a large tangled mess on my head that is impossible to manage.

I have attached photos showing the hair loss and the current condition of the hair. I truly hope we can find a solution together, and perhaps you may be able to explain what has happened. I do not believe this reflects your usual quality standards, but perhaps there has been a manufacturing issue or a problem with how the hair was processed or secured in the wefts.

I cannot even touch the hair without it getting stuck in my fingers and large amounts of hair coming out each time. The texture feels artificial, frizzy, and extremely dry despite using silicone treatments, moisture masks, and professional African hair products recommended by my hairstylist — products I have successfully used on all my previous extensions.

I hope to hear from you soon and that we can resolve this matter together.
