Invisible socks - I have bought these in all colours and recommend them to everyone. They are comfortable inside trainers / shoes with no hard seams. I wash in a bag as they are so small I worry they could get stuck in washing machine pipes. Also had to contact customer service recently and they were extremely helpful and responded quickly to resolve my query.

I bought a few wardrobes from velthentic.com. The wardrobes arrived in a timely manner, but the actual quality of the clothes is much lower than the portraits(images) on their website. The shipping cost me less than $10. When I decided to return some of the items I purchased, they required me to return the package to an address in China. On top of that, they required a return with a tracking number. I went to USPS to ship the package with a tracking number with the cheapest cost, it was $133.00.
This website is not doing business with ethics and morale.

Ordered a few items at once because I liked the designs, but I was a bit unsure about sizing. I followed the size guide and also went one size up just to be safe which worked out well. Everything fit comfortably and didn’t feel tight or weird. Delivery took about a week for me and I liked that they kept sending updates so I always knew where the packe is and when i can expect my delivery.

My beautiful glasses arrived broken … I informed Velthentic straight away … they asked me to send photo…. And once they received it … sent me a lovely email … stating to dispose of broken glasses and they would send a replacement…. I received them within
a week …. The customer care was 100%.. I would definitely recommend this company to any potential customers.

Parcel ( shoes) arrived promptly. I ordered size 46 which is a Europen sizing. The shoes that arrived were labelled size 46 but it turned out this was a China 46 sizing which inside the shoe was then described as size 10. Shoes of no use to someone with size 13-14 feet. Material very stiff and not at all like advertisement which showed fabric soft and flexible.

Was surprised tbh, when i ordered from similar stores off facebook the quality was often bad but here i was positively surprises. Got some undies and Socks and they are all good, will be ordering more even. Only thing that could be better is packaging, was a little cheap tbh so if they want to improve their service they should definetly work on that. But as i dont wear the packaging but the clothing itself im still very satisfied

Love the style and make of the socks. I wear a size 10-11 women’s shoe so the socks are a little tight on my feet. If you had a choice of sizes that would be great!😌

They appear to be very good quality but of course, time will tell? Very disappointed there was no lens cleaning cloth included.

Fantastic service and honestly the best non slip socks I have ever had! Thin, comfortable and they stay put!! No more rolling issues. I asked about where they were located and they were prompt to reply where their business was located (UK) which is important to me.

The sizes are ridiculously off. I ordered the largest size of 3 jackets -- WOMEN'S 3X and it's seriously (no exaggerating) like a KIDS Size. Can't even get my arms in the sleeves. They were rather pricey, but the photos looked good. Pretty sad that we now have to search reviews before buying anything online.

Other than losing part of my life with customer service to attempt a return, my only option is to donate to Goodwill. Honestly, I've found better jackets at Goodwill.

I was kept upto date with my order right up until delivery. My purchase was well parcelled with a lovely touch of a small thank you for purchasing. 💖 I would not hesitate to purchase again from this company. I can highly help yhe invisible socks they are so comfortable. Thank you 😊
