Products are made in China from cheap fabric . Sizing off. The 14 day hassle free returns policy is BS. You have to pay postage (about $40 ) and return to warehouse in China and hope you get your money back. DONT BUY FROM THEM

I had great experience with veloura london i got my item in portugal . I was on holidays i told them if they can send me my items here they told me to provide the address and after 4 days i receive my items in Portugal which is incredible service. So i think no other companies can do it so quick but i really appreciated

Recently ordered and the service was exceptional. I had mistakenly bought the wrong size and they sent a new one to me same day with tracking. Nowadays you have to be an understanding consumer, treat others with respect, and you will get respect and care back. Will buy again for some winter clothes for sure! (9/10)

Products are made in China from cheap fabric . Sizing is up the creek. Back waist length much too short. Customer service do reply to emails quickly but the 14 day hassle free returns policy is rubbish. You have to pay postage (about £16 ) and return to warehouse in China and hope you get your money back. After several weeks of back and forth arguing I managed to get a code to order a different item (FOC) but I still had to pay postage (£10.50). I was left with an ok jumper and an unwearable dress and paid £48 in total! Don’t buy from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are scammers!
Quality is nothing what they claimed in the ad.
Their return policy is crafted that you won’t get your money back if you are not satisfied with their products! Read carefully before you buy anything from them.

This company are nothing but scammers.
They don’t deserve even 1star.
I bought a dress which took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did, looked nothing like the dress I ordered. The colour was different and the quality abysmal. I contacted Customer services as necessary to return the dress. I received an email stating I would have to return the dress to China at my own expense ( £15-19). The dress had in fact been posted from a trading estate in London.
Either that or keep the dress and receive 20% of the value back.
My suspicions aroused I looked on Trustpilot ( too late ) and read all the terrible reviews.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
I sent an email telling them what I thought, so am not expecting to receive my refund any time soon. LoL

The item looks nothing like in the photos and took more than 15 days to arrive. It didn’t now fit me, and I wanted to return it. The whole process was unpleasant. The return of the item is not free and the costumer service was no good, they tried to convince me to keep the item since the return cost was more expensive than the item itself! Jokes

I have recently purchased a denim jacket which doesn't fit, I have completed two online forms and emailed twice to return the item but no response, I would advise not to order anything, really disappointed with the service and lack of response.
