Avoid at all cost
Once-upon-a-time they were good, but now....
Perhaps ripping off 1,000 suckers (Errmm "non-repeat" customers) is more profitable that a loyal customer base.
After 2 weeks I queried them as to why I didn't receive a confirmation of my order. I was sent multiple copies of their FAQ in response....
After waiting the recommended period, without a delivery I queried where my order was (not having ever received a confirmation that they had it or sent it). I was told it was "just around the corner". I waited another two weeks, I was again told that it was out for delivery. Again nothing arrived.
Now they don't even bother responding to my queries...
Don't loose you passion for track cycling, just don't deal with these guys.
