BUYER BEWARE

Company failed to comply with its own refund policy. I returned a jacket due to poor quality and they have kept the jacket and my money. I have tried to contact them for weeks with no response. Finally after I left a bad review on their site, they contacted me, advised I would not be receiving the refund and threatened legal action. The website has since removed thousands of what appeared to be fake reviews and removed the ability to leave a review. They have also closed their social media sites to avoid negative reviews. The company also appears to be using AI generated photos to sell their items.
