While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Velocity Media Solutions (VMS) Illegal Telemarketing Practices

Company Being Reported:
Velocity Media Solutions (VMS)

Main Number: 954-228-3134

Caller ID Used:
804-486-7419 (frequent spoofed/local number)

Complaint:
For the past several months I have received repeated unwanted calls from this company — several times per week, sometimes multiple times per day. The calls always show 804 area code numbers and connect back to a call center using scripted responses that eventually funnel callers to Velocity Media Solutions in Florida.

I repeatedly asked to be placed on their internal Do Not Call list. Instead of honoring my request, agents followed a scripted evasion: “I can place you on a DNC list but that will not help solve your problem.” They then continued pitching, hung up, or transferred me.

When I finally reached a VMS sales representative, I explained the repeated calls and prior requests. Instead of stopping, the rep continued an aggressive sales pitch for over 10 minutes, layering new offers and ignoring my objections. He ultimately hung up without confirming compliance.

This pattern shows deliberate refusal to honor Do Not Call requests, use of deceptive scripts, and continued solicitation despite clear demands to stop.

Requested Action:
I ask Trustpilot to hold Velocity Media Solutions accountable for these abusive practices and encourage them to act in full compliance of the law in future marketing attempts to other businesses.
