Very poor. Do not buy

Cheap poor quality clothing! Do not buy! Emailed the company who offered me a discount. I advised that I would rather have my money back not knowing that it would cost me £23 to return to China. The items were returned in Sept 25 and I have now received them back from China Jan 26, postmarked ‘not accepted’. Needless to say I’ve been scammed!

Disgusting cheap rubbish. The dress was so poorly made I didn’t even try it on. I took lots of photos and complained but all they did was offered a discount to keep it which kept changing. I would have ended up putting it in the bin so I returned it. They made me pay for postage back to China and have not refunded. It’s cost me so much money for total rubbish. There is nowhere on the site that allows reviews which is a red flag in itself. I’ve spent weeks trying to get my money back. They are certainly not a UK company as portrayed. Don’t waste your money!!!!

Zero quality clothes coming from china on very high price never buy again

The product was significantly different from what was advertised (at their website doesn't disclaim that the product may vary from what was pictured) and I found it in 5 different instances on AliExpress.
Velniq is deliberately misrepresenting itself as a brand, they do not design their products, what I purchased was sourced from Ali Express. Their claims of being committed to 'offering high-quality clothing that is ethically produced', claims 'you won't find mass production here' and 'every step of the production process is done with care' are entirely false, and the suggestion that they design products in-house and have visibility over the production process and supply-chain is deliberately misleading. While the customer covering return shipping costs is in their T&Cs, they have deliberately withheld that the returns are to China, significantly more expensive than to the Netherlands where they purport to be designing from.

Please do not spend money with this company. Ordered two dresses one of them that was sent was incorrect. When I then asked about returning them they made it really difficult and I had to pay for shipping back to China!
Both dresses were incredibly cheaply made and one of them looked like it had been worn with fake tan staining around the seam.
Nowhere on the website does it say that it’s a Chinese company- the address is European.
Total scam!

I bought two items, and on the landing page of the items it said 'returns and refunds accepted'
When I got the items, they were grossly misadvertised and cheaply made, I asked for my refund and they said 'oh sorry we don't refund on sale items' - which wasn't written ANYWHERE. They then offered a 60% refund to keep the items, I said no, I will get 100% and return them. They then said you will have to pay yourself for the postage and packaging back to CHINA. I again refused, and said I expect a full refund and a return paid for. They ghosted me, no response.
SCAM SCAM SCAM - don't you dare spend your money here!

Caution! Zero information about how to return items. Contact information states company is based in Netherlands but garments dispatched directly from China indicating no UK or European warehousing which is a red flag for returns. Daughter caught out ordering prom outfit in 2 different sizes, garments are poor quality and absolutely tiny. Avoid at all costs, you will most likely be stuck with unwanted items or pay for shipping back to China and still not receive a refund.
