Never never ever use this shower of **** I was going to say company but that would be too kind, took ages for them to finally “deliver” but unfortunately it was the wrong address, took absolutely ages to get another one delivered but when it did arrive it was broken and it wasn’t a blood sugar monitor just a pulse sensor, I’m now having to get my bank to get my money back, will complete this review if and when I get it back

Absolutely awful company .Waited ages for delivery. Arrived damaged
Tried to get a refund Had to supply photos. Return reluctantly agreed to China but at my expense!

Absolutely appalling company, its all Chinese rip offs and you cant get a refund they just ignore your emails. Stay well clear of them and don't waste your money.

Item never turned up. After multiple emails was finally promised a refund which surprise surprise has also not turned up. Company were responsive to emails but I have heard nothing in last 3 weeks since refund agreed. Another scam company that I will have to seek help through my credit card to get refunded.

I have just read the reviews and I agree with all of them. I also ordered a glucose monitor and received a pulse monitor. I have returned the item to them and they are putting huge obstacles for me to get my money back. Appalling service by obviously a terrible organisation. Don’t buy anything from them folks! They are nothing but big scammers.

The wrong item was sent, when queried they made out it was confusion! Expect me to return item sent to China, at my expense before they will consider refunding my money!

Like many others I sent for Blood glucose monitor but got oximeter instead.
Flood you with emails but only partial refund. My advice steer clear of this company.

Everything from delivery, quantity of product to the ingredients in the powder is a lie. Advertise 300g big jar for £39 and you get a sample pot of 69g including weight of pot. That’s not the worst tho. Most of the ingredients they list as having beneficial effect are not listed in the ingredients of the powder sent out and Collagen is listed last meaning the least proportion of the powder. Even listed after Menthol and there can’t be more than a tiny bit of that in there. They are advertising a Collagen rich product with CoQ10 and zinc but you get mainly Corn Starch and other packing ingredients.
I could never use this as honestly it could be anything in that jar!!!
Complained and they ignore the fact that they have contravened the Sales Description Act and want me to pay to send it back to China so that they can decide if I deserve a refund!!!!!
Avoid - scandalous!!
It took a month after payment to arrive!!!!
Advertise 10 days or so.
I wanted to ad photos of the packaging showing the weight and ingredients of the product I received and photos of their claims and packaging showing 300g but didn’t know how.

Seems that this could be a scam. Like others I received the wrong item. They have not offered me a refund

Like other customers, I was sent an oximeter instead of a blood glucose monitor. I sent it straight back but they wanted a photograph before providing any refund or replacement - which I couldn’t provide as I had already posted it! Total waste of time and money.

I ordered a blood glucose monitor and received an oximeter. This is a total con. I will be in touch with the company Velora also Vellora to demand a refund I bought via Shop, whom I believed were bona fide so will follow up with them too.

The same as everyone else got sent a oxi meter instead of blood sugar reader avoid do not buy from this company

Absolute scum bags do not use rip of merchant.

Con...you buy something, they send the wrong thing out, offer you 10% refund if you don't want to send it back all a full refund if you do and the postage is twice what the refund is. Disgusting company do not use.

I ordered a Blood Glucose Monitor and received a blood oxygen level meter. Having read reviews I see this is a common occurrence from this company. Now trying to get an exchange for the correct item.

Absolute scam ordered blood sugar monitor it or and got oximater.
Facebook should bann this company for advertising, they are skso to blame.

Ordered a blood glucose machine only to receive an oxygen monitor It is much smaller than advertised and reading the reading is almost impossible

Don’t order from them as the same as everyone else they sent me a cheap oximeter instead of a diabetic monitor but can’t get through to them as email on there site says it’s not available.

Total con merchants as others have said order one item they just take their pick and send many old rubbish AVOID !!!!

Do not buy from this company they advertise a diabetic glucose monitoring system and send oximeters out. They dont reply to you. Taking advantage of diabetic people that are unwell and looking for a different easier way to monitor their glucose levels is disgusting. I will be reporting the company for fraud.
