I got the wrong size at first but they sent me the right ones right it away

Unfortunately, there was no clarification of my purchase when it was reserved from a promo deal through Wodapolooza. As we did have a discount, did not realize that it was a rope that was used during the competition. So the rope was shipped with chalk and rust on the handles and dirt on the cable.

I also had a past purchase that got stuck at the border and could not get help to help get my package across the border. A request for refund we denied and was out of pocket for that $400 purchase.

As much as I want to support the brand, I will be more cautious considering any future purchases from Velites.

High-quality products. The clothing is outstanding and very comfortable for working out.

After I ordered them with Shopify, the address they had on file was my brother‘s old address in Bellevue Washington. I tried to change the address with you and it shipped before anyone even got back to me. Long story short someone has my order, but it’s not me.

I had a last minute change to my order and was able to get ahold of customer service within about 24 hours of reaching out and solved the issue quickly with no hassle on my end. Most companies would cancel and have the customer redo the order completely so I really appreciated the help and experience provided!

Premium quality

Overall the experience wasn't okay. I need to return a shirt I purchased (size to small), however having to repay for shipping is disappointing. And reading a message about the return has to be repackaged perfectly doesn't provide a good customer experience or confidence the return will be processed. Totally understandable the tag has to be one, which it is; however reading how the bag has to included and perfect is frustrating because if I would have known that before hand I wouldn't have ripped the bag open from being excited to get it. I feel I am out that money. The shirt was the CrossFit games toomey competition shirt and the lack of sizes and colors is also disappointing as well as not having other athletes. Only the two winners get to have a jersey sold? I love this sport and I want to wear CrossFit games jerseys from my favorite athletes. There's literally only 30 athletes in each division. Also I purchased my second velites jump rope and when resizing it the screw fell and I can't find it. It's literally unusable until I have to purchase more screws. Totally my fault but I would recommend including a few extra screws. To have to buy more screws and then pay shipping again. Ahhhh! Frustrating. Maybe I'll try home Depot and dyi it. Idk.

My shoes were to small and I returned them for an exchange on 4/1/2026. However, I never received my exchange or a refund. There is no number on the website to contact the company only an email. I sent an email with a copy of my proof of return and have let to receive a reply.

I don’t know if is the grips, but the first two times I used them they felt great but after that the third time they felt slippery. I don’t know if the bar had chalk but so far not to happy with them.

I understand there was an error in your sizing system that started my frustration, so i do give grace for that. However, i bought a pair of shoes, the wrong size came. Frustrated, i sent them back in exchange and received the wrong size again. I then was notified about the error and was told purchases and exchanges were being halted until it could be fixed. I was 3 weeks into this process now, and i needed a pair of shoes so i opted to go somewhere else for shoes, meanwhile still holding onto the 2nd pair of wrong size shoes. Shortly after purchasing another brand, i was told the error was fixed and i could exchange them or send them in for a refund, I opted to exchange them and try them out. I received the new one, im 4 weeks into this process now. I didn't like the feel of them over the other brand I bought during that debacle and asked to return them. That was a week ago. I went to return the 3rd pair and online it said the exchange had not processed from the wrong sized pair i sent in previously. I emailed support, they said they had the pair and that i should be able to create my return now. (Friday 4/10). Saturday, 4/11, the same pair support said had been received showed up on my doorstep with a return label marked as undeliverable. I now have 2 pairs of shoes im trying to send back, i cant create a return label, and the only way i have been able to chat with support is through email, who responds once every couple days. My experience has not been great.

Words can't just tell what Velites is today. All the gyms around the world talk about it having their products

1. I was sent the wrong size shoe.
2. The return label didn't work and I got the wrong size shoes back with a "return to sender" sticker on them
