I literally have been waiting 3 weeks to get an answer for order US-68040. I have sent FIVE emails with no response. This is literally the worst customer service experience i HAVE EVER SEEN.

Exchange nightmare
I returned a pair of shoes to the store to exchange them for the right size as I ordered them online.
The person at the store said they had the correct size and could ship it. He took my shoes and said I would get a confirmation email shortly.
2 days went by without any confirmation and I reached out to support for them to finally confirm the exchange was being sent.
2 weeks went by and tracking is saying the shows are held at customs due to an error with the invoice.
I’ve reached out to support several times and have not heard back and still have no expected date for the shows to be delivered.

Amazing company
It was refreshing to see a company source my size from one of their stores. Amazing service. I want to take 1 star off because my order has not arrived and is stuck with customs currently. I know that is out of the control of Velasca, but I'm just a little frustrated.

What can I say about this brand that people around the world haven’t already said?
I recently purchased two pairs of shoes from Velasca, and on one of my orders I accidentally selected the wrong size. I thought it would be a hassle to fix, but I was literally just one text message away from getting help. Ambra assisted me personally and was able to update my order within minutes. That level of personalized service is rare these days.
As for the shoes, the quality is outstanding. The moment you see them and wear them, you can tell they are made with care, attention to detail, and true craftsmanship.

Shoes look amazing, and feel great. Only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the left one looks like it may have been a display shoe- sole showed a little "try-on" wear. Regardless, I'd highly recommend.

The Lajetico Trouser was a wonderful find. I was looking for a blended material with natural fibers. It is a worsted wool, cotton, and silk blend. The hazelnut color goes with at least two outfits of mine. The Valesca staff followed up after receiving the merchandise to make absolutely certain I was pleased with my purchase.

I received my order very fast at my…
I received my order very fast at my door.I got thrown off by the size mentioned on the pack list and the invoice so i kind of panicked because I was about to go to a tailor to size the length. Then I called one the stores in New York city and I got reassured that the number was the Italian size of my 36. Everything is great so far. The quality of Linen is top line.
