I visited the Reading clinic and was treated by Caroline.
My treatment began in December 25.
From the onset Caroline was friendly and very professional. Obviously I didn't know what to expect regarding the pain element of the treatment; I have a tattoo and this face treatment was not as painful as the tattoo inking.
My face was red on the day but better the next morning; not back to normal but better. Obviously this depends on how many veins you have treated.
All in all I have had 4 treatments. With my last one in August 26. The longer you leave it between treatments does allow your face to heal deep down.
I'm happy with the treatment and results - not fully healed yet - but the ongoing results have been pleasing.
I do recommend this treatment and the Reading clinic with Caroline. We laughed a lot which took my mind of the pinching sensation. The receptionist was also lovely but I'm ashamed to say I didn't ask for her name.
Full marks from me. Caroline is a credit to The Vein Centre company.
The only niggle I can say is the parking could be problematic. Luckily I was a passenger and the driver could park elsewhere and wait.

Since the first assessment, I felt I chose the best clinic to treat my several problem.
The entrance and the rest of the rooms are spotless.
The receptionist/administrator is very friendly and lovely.
Suzie and nurse are highly professional and also they made me feel super comfy with them, they explained each step to me before they needle me.
I'm very glad to have found this clinic and this team.
Now my biggest insecure of my body has gone!

They guided me through the whole process in a professional & friendly manner. Answered any questions I had & made me feel at ease throughout.

Everything was done quickly and efficiently, all questions answered and informed of everything that was to happen. Didn't feel any discomfort or pain, procedure was done without a bother. Went back for follow up, again no issues. Final result two visits six weeks apart and my varicose veins are gone . Well worth the time and money.

Very friendly staff,everything went smoothly, was dreading the stockings but much better than I expected.

I would just like to say from the 1st to last visit, (3 in total) the whole staff including the amazing receptionist, we're friendly, knowledgeable & made me feel at ease throughout.

Such warm, caring, professional staff from start to finish. Everything was explained, lots of reassurance from the clinician and nurse. Great results and follow up.

I cannot recommend enough. I have suffered with varicose veins for many years( I’m a hairdresser )and being only 45 I had the legs of someone much older and I hadn’t worn a skirt/dress or shorts in public for many years. The cramping every night was extremely painful and getting worse. The consultation was brilliant and very informative and I understood what to expect during and after the procedure. I had full EVLA in both legs and some foam. The pain after was at times quite severe but still absolutely worth it for the results. The results are amazing and although I still have some staining on one leg , I have had bare legs in public and am gaining confidence in my new wonderful legs. I just wish I hadn’t waited so long

I’m so glad I chose Veincentre Reading. Yes, it’s an investment but it’s not the most expensive vein clinic out there, but the results speak for themselves – absolutely worth every penny! So so happy!! My varicose veins were very bulgy and very obvious to see. 15/7/25 was the day of the main procedure, everything went well, just have to brace yourself with the local anaesthetic, the gorgeous stockings worked wonders too. Todays date 2/9/25 my follow up appointment I had only two little veins left, with that they gave me 2 little foam top ups and my legs shall be like brand new! So yeah the whole process was professional, reassuring, and far less daunting than I expected. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and I felt in safe hands throughout. I’m very happy with the outcome and only wish I’d done it sooner! Shame I won’t need to go back! Thank you very much ladies!

Expert treatment under local anaesthesia by an experienced Interventional Radiologist (AW). What more could you wish for!
Very happy with the results. I did not expect such a good outcome as I had had treatment (elsewhere) six years previously.
The package represented good value and the follow up appointment was welcome. This aspect of treatment was missing from my previous experience elsewhere.

I had an excellent experience at Veincentre with consultant Suzie Anthony. Everyone from receptionist, nurse & Suzie was friendly, approachable, and made me feel completely at ease. Suzie explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions, making the whole process feel very informed and reassuring. The level of professionalism combined with her warm, caring approach made a real difference. I would highly recommend Suzie Anthony and the team at Veincentre to anyone considering treatment.

Had a procedure in this clinic over a year ago by Dr Georgie which went badly damaging a nerve and perforating an artery in my leg, I continue to suffer results of nerve damage over a year later and it is now necessary I have an operation to correct toe deformities as a result of not having feeling in my toes and being unable to move them for the first 8 month after the botched procedure

Lots of information given in a friendly and calming manner. Plenty of checking I was okay. Follow-up call after treatment, again to check all was okay and what to expect going forward. Would thoroughly recommend.
