Had a problem with varicose veins in both legs, and needed treatment before a holiday as I was unable to obtain travel insurance with the problem.
I rang the Gloucester centre on the Saturday and went for consultation a week later, and had the procedure two weeks later.
All the staff were excellent, especially the surgeon and the nurse who was with me during the procedure.

Good customer service and friendly staff. Felt confident with Dr Bratby and his team. Great outcome and would recommend.

Everyone at Veincentre Gloucester has been incredible. I was very anxious throughout EVLA and schelotherapy and they were brilliant with me, kind and patient. When I had concerns after treatment they got me back in to deal with it and offering reassurance when they needed to. My legs are completely different just a few months on and I would highly recommend the Gloucester branch to everyone. Thankyou to Dr Deepak Vishwanath, the nurse and the receptionist for everything.

Customer service is fine. It's the treatment itself that didn't work for me. I had one session of misrosclerotherapy for thread veins, and 10 months later the veins are about as bad as they were before PLUS I now have quite bad brown staining from injections all over my legs.
Yes, I was aware before agreeing to the procedure there is a risk of permanent staining. And yes, I am aware repeated treatments are required for thread veins. But, as always, one hopes for the best! And, obviously, after suffering such bad staining, I have no desire to go through this again.
I hope I will be able to find a treatment that will rid me of these dark spots. Otherwise, I will never have confidence to wear something above my ankles in summer.

I’ve just finished having my Varicose Veins treated at the Veincentre in Gloucester. I had EVLA 7 weeks ago to both legs and foam sclerotherapy today. I have received fantastic treatment from Dr Vishwanath and Liz (Nurse) and I am very pleased with the results. I found the whole experience very positive and I would highly recommend. Thanks also to Luke (clinic administrator) for a very efficient and friendly service.

All staff at the clinic were highly professional and welcoming. My procedure was carried out with clinical precision, reassurance and continuous guidance throughout my visit.

Having had a second microsclerotherapy treatment at Veincentre Gloucester on 9th November, I can honestly say my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The whole team provide a warm and friendly welcome that immediately puts you at ease. The treatment itself was delivered with complete professionalism, expertise and care. Dr Vishwanath, Nurse Liz and Clinic Administrator Luke really do provide a first class service. I have been very happy with my results so far and wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

My experience on vein surgery. I arrived at centre to be greeted by Luke who once’s he’d checked me in offered a bottle of water so I didn’t become dehydrated.
The nurse and consultant were very friendly and talked me through everything and warned me when needles were going to be inserted. Everything went smoothly with Luke making me a pot of tea while resting. I would not hesitate to recommend the Vein centre in Gloucester.

My whole experience was brilliant. All the staff at the Gloucester Veincentre were friendly, welcoming and informative. Luke on the desk made sure I had every piece of paper work to hand and made sure I was kept very well hydrated. The treatment was done in a professional way and I had huge confidence in Dr Mark Bratby. I have him to thank for making sure my legs are in the best condition in years just in time for my daughter’s wedding.
