I bought the car January 8th 2026 and 2 weeks after I got it all rotors and pads had to be replaced plus couple other things,they told me to bring it to a garage near me and get an estimate so I did and they would pay for it,my car was in the shop for 5 days befor the bill was paid because I couldn’t get in contact with anyone,my sales person basically ghosted me wouldn’t return my text,voicemail or phone calls so I finally did contact someone else and they paid it,now my inspection runs out February 8th and I still haven’t got my paperwork to transfer the car and get my plate and nobody is getting back to me,Absolutely ridiculous

This place sold my wife a 2021 Corolla .The car was not as described ..lots of issues warpped front rotors worn pads had to replace..battery was very low ..had to replace..unreliable key fob (came with only 1 fob...had to get new fob ..paint issues chips everywhere.. had to send car back 2 times ...terrible workmanship..cost us well over a $1,000.00 to fix everything at Toyota..would not recommend this place to anyone...Buyer Beware..

They misrepresented a car , by omitting to send an image of the passenger side, by the time I got the images, the car was being delivered, it was dark, so I didn't see the badly painted rear arches til the next day.
They took 5 weeks to deliver , and I've been stone walled when I asked them to take it back. I can't get hold of ANY of the senior managers, and keep getting Liam Forsythe, the finance manager, who fails to do as I ask, and even gaslights me.
The steering column makes a awful grinding noise when you turn the steering wheel, and there was a hole drilled in the steering wheel volume control bezel, leaving sharp edges sticking out, not visible in the poor quality dimly lit images .

The great customer service and attention to detail she made me experience very easy and I would definitely do it again you guys will have my business in the future 100%

This company is very untruthful. I needed wheels. But for some reason my references were put on my loan as co applicants! The suv was supposed to come with summer tires on rims. And apparently it was inspected to get my registration no, i had to get the rig fixed
at the garage before I could get the registration. The key fob says not the right key. I was told I could trade it in after a few months. I need this company to call me as soon as possible but no return calls. I want to get this rig back to them. They are taking the payment from my daughter's account. Nothing good really.sorry but this place is messed up.

The quality of vehicle

Me and my partner bought a 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander was told the car was in perfect order. Less than 7 months of having the vehicle we find out that there are many issues that were clearly covered up with botched mechanic repairs or pushed through an inspection to get this car sold to us. The muffler is completely rusted and corroded to the point that it would have fallen off, the exhaust manifold is also corroded to the point the car is whistling. These are things that the car could not have passed inspection inspection from, nor is it something that is from normal "wear n tear" for having the vehicle for this short period of time. Also we've sent countless emails as well as tried calling them to advise of these issues and nothing. Which is completely UNACCEPTABLE! This is a family car which can't even serve it's purpose due to the fact that we do not feel safe driving our family what so ever. Let's also mention that "warranty" on the car that literally serves ABSOLOUTELY no purpose, as many repair shops do not accept it and quickly confirm that they don't accept it. The least they could do is reach out to us with an answer or anything, but no...just crickets. This just isn't how you go about things, and the fact that you cant get in contact with a "reputable" business is disheartening. We most likely will be making a complaint through the BBB.

I reached out to Mathew and he was all nice and welcoming. He helped me with decision making, I would say he is a good sales man because I went above my budget but I got a good car and it was a good deal. My friends all said it was a good deal.
The procedure was swift and the car arrived in good condition. Delivered to me me by also a nice driver.
