This website is a scammer


This website appears to be fraudulent, and I strongly advise others not to use it. While playing blackjack, I had a hand totaling 20 points while the dealer showed 18 points, yet the system still resulted in a loss for me. On multiple occasions, when my hand totaled 19 or 20 points, the dealer consistently ended with 21. This pattern is highly irregular and raises serious concerns about the fairness and integrity of the platform. I believe this website should be avoided.

The verification never end forever.

The verification never end forever.. after fully verified and I start withdrawing suddenly email and said not verified and asking for documents again keep repeating the same things this is nonsense.. I already upload multiple times and different documents they requested for.. it’s too obvious they just want to find excuses to don’t let you cash out.. I thought vegastars is the best online casino but this is too much is like scam don’t let people win money.. I lose so much after win a bit wanna withdraw keep playing games about the verification, I don’t get it what is the point that I fully verified? They control the money just want to scam your money.. 2 days for solana withdrawl...

I’ve been waiting 2 days for a Solana withdrawal.

When I signed up, they rolled my real balance into a bonus and said I needed to 40x wager to withdraw. I complained and cancelled it.

Live chat first said crypto withdrawals were instant. When it didn’t arrive, they said it was escalated and would take a few hours. Then 24 hours. Then the same excuse again the next day.

Stay away from this casino. Use Stake, Gamdom, or any reputable site that doesn’t use shady systems.

No legit casino or exchange delays crypto withdrawals with “manual review”. Huge red flag and screams liquidity issues.

If my withdrawl isnt processed today, i will be taking further action to let 100,000s people know not to use this casino through my platforms. shameless.

Dodgey site

Dodgey site. Was playing blackjack and won a significant hand.
Reinvested for next hand and had money out and then platform unexpectantly shut down. No reload and the money just gone. Spent 30 mins on live chat with no resolution. I’m just thankful I didn’t have huge money invested. Immediately have withdrawn remaining funds. Hopefully that goes through-although I’m not entirely confident now. Will go to a real casino in future.

I would never normally come on here to write a review but please don’t deposit on this site it gives you no realistic chance of winning. Disappointed

I’m really disappointed with the withdrawal process. I was already fully verified, but after I withdrew my money and 9 hours later, I received an email saying I had to resubmit my ID. This only happened after I won a substantial amount, which doesn’t sit right with me.
I re-uploaded the exact same verification documents that were previously approved, yet the process took an unnecessarily long time. There was no issue when I was depositing and playing, but once it came time to withdraw, extra checks suddenly appeared. If verification is required, it should be done before withdrawals, not after a win. Do better!

Avoid this website.. stick with Rainbet or Roobet the common casinos... I have terrible experience dealing with the support team sending them the same emails with the same replies about my withdrawals.. i've waited over 2 weeks for a withdrawal.. and when i made a big withdrawal they cancelled it and blame my bank and with more emails they said they wanted more verifications.. they will try everything to avoid paying you when you win big but is happy to take all the money you deposit. I’ve been playing on this site for over three weeks and at first everything seemed fine. I was fully verified, enjoyed the website, and even managed to withdraw a few times. That gave me confidence in the platform.

That confidence completely disappeared after I requested a large withdrawal last Friday (9/1/2026). Suddenly, they asked for additional verification. I immediately provided three months of official bank statements in PDF format, directly from my bank—exactly what they asked for.

Vegastar claims their verification process takes up to 24 hours, yet it has now been well over 48 hours with absolutely no progress, no explanation, and no update. Support chat is completely useless—just a robot spitting out the same scripted responses over and over again, with no real human help and no accountability.

It feels like withdrawals are only “easy” when they’re small. The moment you try to withdraw a larger amount, they delay, stall, and hide behind vague policies. This is incredibly frustrating and misleading.

I genuinely thought Vegastar was better than other casinos I’ve played on (where I was even a VIP), but this experience has proven otherwise. If you value your time, money, and sanity, be very cautious, especially when it comes to large withdrawals.

Same copy-paste response every time:

Spoiler: it never is.

So once you question them, they cut you off.

No timeframe.
No proof it’s processing.
No accountability.

Completely unprofessional signed into it was signed in for less than 30 seconds. Account got banned. I got a hold of the live chat to work out what was wrong with it apparently did not put in personal information that was not asked for then when I asked the live chat to help me fix that issue, they said there was no other way to fix it other than setting up a new account which I did after the person I’ve been talking to left the chat twice and I had to restart the conversation with them just for that account not to work got onto the live people again gave them the information for both of the accounts she tried to say that that wasn’t allowed and it was wrong even though she told me to do it and when I asked to talk to the manager to put in the complaint about the service I had been dealt with they just tried to push it to the side and give me the manager

They pay only twice at all small amount
Second time when I play and win they put on penning my 800 transaction and stole another 300 I was asking whole week where is the transfer goes because it's been "approved" but money just disappear and customers support says it's up to my bank. My bank didn't see any pending transaction
Don't put money there because you probably never seen them back again into your account
