Very difficult verification process

Very difficult verification process. Took ages to initially complete verification as I had loaded the documents but they were not checked for days. Then wanted more documents. Then after using the site and depositing and withdrawing, suddenly they wanted bank statements loaded on to verification.

On the 12-02-26 I had made a withdrawal of $200 and I was needing to verify my proof of payment, I know my dumb self has withdrawal it to a closed bank account. Rang the bank and they said I had no account with the bank anymore and that it should reverse back to where it came from. Spoke to live chat they said if it reversed back to us it my take weeks I have been dealing with this going on a month so hoping it shows up sooner then later 😔😔

Total scam

Try to get verified to withdraw money and no matter what i supply they say cant be verified.
I have supplied my driver's license. Bank card and still wasnt enough to verify address, so then bank statement and still no. Dont trust this site. They will only take money.

Have I been scammed or not?

After depositing multiple times (instant) I tried to make my first withdrawal. Total value of deposits is approx. $800 usd with exchange rate.

It’s now coming up on 48 hours since I requested a withdrawal and the support team has stopped responding to me. Initially they were responding to tell me it was with a specialist team. Why would an online casino need a specialist team to review and approve withdrawals?? The site had no problem accepting deposits.

I’m unable to get a response from anyone at Vegastars and my withdrawals are stuck as pending. It’s been over 12 hours since anyone has responded to me despite multiple message to the support team. I’m highly suspicious of this “internal review” process.

The site is advertised to have 24/7 support but this is not the case.

I will update this post as it progresses. If not resolved I will endeavour to steer the public away from this site via every means possible.

UPDATE** I’m now in the extra KYC verification process and have submitted all requested documents. Driver licence, photo of myself with ID and an electricity bill. I’ve been told this may take up to three days. Will continue to update as this progresses.

Same issue that others here have…

Same issue that others here have mentioned.

I am fully verified and withdrawal still has not been processed.

Support tell me it has been escalated but I get no response and the withdrawal stays as pending.

Edit:

Currently waiting 3 days for a withdrawal. No contact regarding this.

I recommend avoiding this site.

Edit 2: Funds were processed and received. I can't say the site is a scam but the support available can be difficult to get a straight answer from. If you aren't comfortable going through extensive KYC processes, consider whether you would like to use this site carefully. If you are a crypto user, you are probably better off sticking with crypto casinos. My withdrawal took roughly 4 days to process, but that was also delayed due to KYC.

Been very good until today

Been very good until today, I have a pending withdrawal of over $1000 and now I’m asked for extra verification. Quite frustrating as I have read other reviews and people have said this process takes a while. I also tried to submit more documents but it wouldn’t let me. Live chat have said they have raised my extra documents to the team. Waiting to see how that goes

I deposited $20 won $500 I made withdrawal vegastars cancelled and locked my account

It's been almost 3 days and I still can't withdraw money I won I was locked out of my vegastars account by vegastars for 3 months. Vegastars tried to blame my bank for rejecting my payment upon ringing my bank I was told that no deposit amount of $500 from this casino had even been attempted now vegastars tell me that my bank details for manual deposit are not correct but infact Ive done about 5 withdrawals before this 1 and all went into my account with no issues allowing me to spend my winnings and it's sad to say I still have had no feedback not even a deposit of $500 that I won into my bank
