Total rip off

After a few months I finally had a win and then tried to withdraw my winnings. I ticked all the boxes required and provided all the id verification asked for and after making the withdrawal of $2500 I received a confirmation email saying the transaction was successful and the money would be in my bank account in 1 to 7 business days. So after 11 days had passed and still no money in my bank I contacted them again and was informed that the money was rejected by my bank and had bounced back to Vegas Now account. Then they starting asking me for more personal details of my private details such as the address of the bank that I opened my account at amongst other details they wanted that was totally irrelevant and not for their knowledge.? Then a day later they closed my account so I cannot access it or log on to see where my $2500 is and after i contacted them they tell me it was a technical glitch that shut my account down but it cannot be reopened. I can’t get any replies from emails I have sent asking about my $2500 just ignored. This casino is a total rip off scam artist. Do not waste a cent of your money in this site because you will only be ripped off. Totally rip offs scammers
