Once signed up you get daily barrages of texts from different numbers and companies which all say "vegas moose" at the bottom. No matter how many you block, a new one just comes in.

Well let's see tempting no wagering on free spin winnings,relatively easy registration process, I wanted to go through verification before making any deposits, but didn't went well. Uploaded the necessary documents, no clarification whatsoever. Contacted them, been asked to send again, I did I have to say their customer service was very responsive but incompetent, got plenty of copy paste replies which were confusing, so I asked for further information just didn't get clear answers to the questions. Then when when finally things were cleaned up I made a deposit using PayPal it went through, started playing some slot game constantly losing, lost interest playing, because losing my money constantly is not much fun for me. Tried to withdraw but can't apparently you cannot withdraw using PayPal? So they forcing me to make another deposit using a debit card in order to get my own money back!!! By the way they charging you both for deposits and withdrawals, so if I want my money back I have to pay them even more. Also there is a minimum withdrawal of 20£ to keep in mind.

Absolutely awful company, deposited £50 and won £150, I thought I had withdrew my funds from my account but i forgot to. Tried to call the customer care number and I’ve called for weeks and had no response. Shameful scam of a company

Would give a zero star If I could. Deposited by Trustly and had a big win, tried to withdraw and could not without registering a card, never had a problem withdrawing by trustly on other sites. Took 10 days and numerous emails to receive my winnings. Stay clear, there are much better sites to play on out there

They will not let you take money out and I have being trying to contact their support for 3 days with no response. Need i explain more..... If this is not a scam then please can support contact me?!

Absolutely terrible company. Ask for lots of personal information passports driving licence utility bills and still won’t pay out your winnings . Please be careful as they ask for too much personal information and then they blocked my account and won’t answer the phone to me either .AVOID THIS COMPANY

Use this site for two years. Never won much but always paid out straight away. Then when it's a few hundred they don't pay. They are insanely rude when talking to them they just don't seem legit. All because it's an amount they are not happy to pay out. Don't use them. They will tell you that it's only bitter customers who write these reviews, we are bitter because they are thieves

Still waiting after 7 days for a withdrawal emailed several times regarding it and they said it can take 1-5 days. Other withdrawals have gone through that I did after this one but this one is still pending after 7 days!

Not calling this a scam site, just giving my experience. Over £100 in same slot, rtp of around 8%, only two wins over £1. Constantly gives 3 of 4 feature symbols but only once gave the 4th. This feature returned zero, 12 losing spins. Never expect to win loads online but do expect some kind of return for entertainment value. Did not get any fun here at all.

These people are scum, don't go anywhere near them. I made the mistake of putting my phone number into their website to get some special offer, and months later I still get spammed 4 or 5 messages a day from random casino companies, that are either part of Vegas Moose, or companies Vegas Moose has sold my details to.

Even when you text stop to the Vegas Moose disable number, they don't stop, they just keep spamming.

Terrible site with an even ruder customer service base. Took over a week to pay out £3k and when I asked about the process they couldn’t even provide a straight answer. They are limited to £2k per withdrawal transaction and they charge you a fee to withdraw your own funds. To make matters worse they say you can deposit with PayPal but then it has to go to a different payment when you withdraw. Avoid.
