I usually have no issues with Vegas Gems when waiting on my cash out but today it's been over 12 hrs when the most is like 6 hrs. I don't know why it's taking so long it's only a $72 payout. If I receive my Crypto by the way payout shortly after I post this I will change my review to a 4 star.

Do not deposit or play on this site, you will regret it, I repeat DO NOT DEPOSIT YOUR $ on VegasGems. I did, I won $280 on Fire Kirin, then go to cash out and they tell me I can only cash out $30 max per day, and then they lag on processing my cash out saying it takes up to 48 hours, so it will take two weeks if I’m lucky to get my $ out. They won’t answer my questions in the chat support, now they removed the chat support from my dashboard. I’ve deposited several times for like $90, they say if you deposit $101 or more then you can withdraw $70 per day but when I ask them and chat how much more I needed to deposit, they lied to me and say I’ve only deposited eight dollars then close the chat so I couldn’t talk to them anymore, again don’t play here you’ll regret it. You won’t be able to cash out even if you win.!! there’s too many other sites that are similar that are much more helpful and don’t have restrictions on cashing out play anywhere except this place!!

Omg do not try playing with VegasGems they will not pay you your winnings.I signed up and they gave me a bonus of $10 dollars.So I played and won $50.They told me I was only able to cash out $25
But that I had to send a photo with me holding my ID and a paper with the platforms name and withdrawal date .So I did then they told me my photo was to blurry to send another photo but this time to put today's date.So I did that also
Now there saying my photo is too blurry
When that's a lie.i feel there making excuses because they don't want to pay me what I won.So I reported them.DO NOT PLAY WITH THEM YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR WINNINGS🤬😠

Can I get my money

100% scam. They admitted to rigging milkyways skill based fish table games then tried to go back and change what they said in a chat I had with them. I have screen shots to prove it. Do not play here as they control the outcome of players gameplay 100%. They told me that "outcomes are determined automatically by the system to ensure fair play". So I called them out and told them that is a scam and that's not how skill based games work. Then they tried to tell me that "my wins or losses are entirely based on my actions and choices while playing". These scumbags are stealing people's hard earned money on skill based games and there's no system that determines anything. They are suspending/blocking players accounts during gameplay forcing players to lose all credits by default. These are straight up thieving scamming scumbags. Do not play here.
