No wins at all — very disappointing experience

I have spent a significant amount of money at Vegas Casino over a long period of time, and my experience has been extremely negative.

During all this time, I have not received a single win at all — something I have never experienced in any other casino.

This raises serious concerns about the fairness of the games and the actual payout rates.

On top of that, customer support is unhelpful and responds with generic, copy-paste messages, completely avoiding any real explanation.

Overall, this experience feels very misleading and disappointing.

I strongly advise others to think twice before playing here.
