Customer service is amazing
Customer service is amazing. I got some sandals that’s unfortunate because of the shade of my feet, don’t fit comfortably, but the sandals are very cute, also the person I’ve been teaching for questions (including the return) is incredibly sweet and helpful. Definitely recommend it

Good products !
Very pleased by the product quality and aesthetic. The delivery was fast...but I don't mind if it's slow and more eco-friendly.

The customer service was fabulous!
The customer service was fabulous! They actually shipped my shoes all the way to Florida in the United States! I had traveled to Italy a couple of years ago and bought a pair shoes and could not find that brand anywhere except on this site! I ended up buying two pairs and they came in about a week and were in perfect condition! I would definitely buy from this company again!

Good catalogue, good service.
I ordered a vegan belt with VeganShoes.it. It arrived within 2 working days without a hitch. They have are a good range of choice, perhaps the best of its kind in Italy; as buying ethical accessories is not easy in the country, it's a very welcome service. Prices are reasonable; I paid my leathery belt less than 30€.
