Mouldy Rice

On the 14th December I reached out to Veetee after discovering green mould in my twin pack of lingerie grain rice. I sent pictures of my findings. I was offered 6 packs of rice as compensation (I think), which i refused, obviously. I followed up with my response, no reply. Sent another email requesting the findings, nothing. I also requested if it will be reported to the FSA, guess what, nothing. I think the attitude is, if we ignore this customer she might go away!!
