You can buy items of your favorite brands at a lower cost and this is very good. Shipping costs are high. When you do a return to have money back you always have to call the Customer Service otherwise you will never see your money.

I like veepee, the products have great deals and you can really found a variety of items.
However for some brands the delivery takes forever like a month… which nowadays I found it crazy… that’s why I gave 4 stars not 5.

High shipping costs and VERY difficult to return an article
High shipping costs and it is practically impossible to return an article if the size is wrong and doesn’t fit you. It is all your responsibility in this case and the shipping costs added twice is an heavy cost. They should make the return options easier since buying online one can never be really sure of the sizes or fabrics.

The site is very smooth, agile and very intuitive, however some things should be reviewed.
The goods must be packaged well, I happened to buy a jacket (Armani), put in the bag with other goods without any protection.
For what it costs it is not admissible.
Returns should absolutely not be paid, since the need to make changes may arise.
Asking for €7 for each shipment is really too much.
In my opinion, some times they should be improved.

Other sites of no lesser importance do not include shipping costs even if it is a voluntary return. These are precautions towards those who buy with a certain frequency.
