Unlucky?
I was unlucky - something in the system did not work. Ordered something one month ago, did not receive any information on when the order would arrive, also did not receive mail or SMS from the post (yes I have checked Spam filter), so when I finally go and check about the order and tracking number the order is already going to be returned to the sender...
But got very good answer from costumer service that offered to send the order again without paying extra.

Designers and friends are the best!
Designers and friends is one of my favorite outlets during couple of years. The service is always 100% and the quality of items is great. I never had any problems with delivery, even though it happened, D&F always excused with a discount voucher. I am a bit sad that interface’s been changed and there os no more opportunity to save items in the shopping bin longer, to think and deside if i really need it:)))
I recently relocated to Sweden and i miss D&F! Would be great if you, guys, send items to Sweden again! With big love, Mariia Terkelsen.

Bad experience..
Bad experience... I have ordered a watch and was waiting for it for 2 weeks, and just 1 day before delivery they send me an email, that there was a mistake and they havent added it to my purchase (i have also ordered a t-shirt and earrings that i have received).
I was pleased with prices, but I don't think I will buy anything from Designers & Friends, super dissapointed......

We are so sorry for the bad experience.
Of course it is frustrating not to get everything you order - we are just as frustrated.
Our concept works the way that we reserve a portion of our suppliers stock - a number of goods they tell us we can sell.
Once in a while, the supplier does not have an item in stock when packing due to counting errors in stock or other. We ask them to inform us immediately if this happens, but sometimes the information is not given before we receive the other goods to the campaign.
It is obviously incredibly frustrating for all parties.
However, this happens very rarely and we are very sorry that you have been so unfortunate to be affected by this. It is in our top priority for 2018, that the amount of canceled items/orders from our hand is decreased as much as possible.
We hope to see you again for a hopefully much better experience.

Vi er meget opmærksomme på det med at ikke alle kan printe vores returlables.
Vi arbejder på en løsning og håber fremover det kan gøres mere simpelt.
For nu har vi besluttet det altid vil koste at returnere, da vores udgift ellers ville blive lagt oven i varens pris.
Det mener vi ikke er fair over for de kunder der ikke skal returnere.
Prisen for retur er vores faktiske udgift til porto, vi vil altid forsøge at få den forhandlet så lav som muligt :-)
