One of the best purchases Ive made. I bought my Typhoon model back in 2023 and sold both my car and moped. Ive been using this daily as all my means of transport since (school, work, grocery getter, freetime exploring etc.) and had no real issues for the past 3 years. I live in Finland and ride it to work even in -35 - 40°C like last winter also with no issues other than getting cold personally haha. Just need to get it inside for it to warm up after getting to work and all was good. Shipping was fine and the packaging was A tier it arrived in a wooden box so no issues there and no damage to the bike. During these 3 years of ownership Ive needed some parts after falling with the bike and breaking something and the customer service has always been amazing and helpful. Also helps with all the dumb questions I had about installing new spokes, balancing the wheel and everything else that ever bothered me. All in all a very high recommendation for these guys from me. Top tier product that I wouldnt really trade for anything, love this thing and super customer service. 👍👍
