After calling Vector Air two weeks before the British Shooting Show, to reserve a Umarex T4E .50 caliber pistol and offering to pay for it over the phone, I was told wait till the show as there will be deals on it and not to pay for it over the phone, so I asked if they could reserve one for me to which they agreed, took my name and told me it will be waiting for me at the British Shooting Show and there was plenty in stock, I did this with other suppliers / shops at the show all of which kept their word and bought the goods i had asked for, all except Vector Air who let me down, and gave me all the excuses under the sun as to why they hadn't kept there word, shame really as I wanted other stuff as well, including a pcp air rifle, but seeing as they couldn't keep their word on the pistol, i got grave doubts about buying anything for this company, the reason I wanted to buy at the show was to save on a RFD transfer fees, never mind ill just do without now thanks to Vector Air not been able to keep to their word

I needed a new case for a new PCP pistol I purchased, but my local gun shop had nothing to suit my needs. So a visit to Vector Air web site and I found the exact case I wanted. I have 3 of these cases and they are great for larger pistols especially if you have a red dot or a scope fitted. The price was great, ordering was easy, and the delivery was very good. My thanks go to the team at Vector Air.

Very pleased with my purchase from Vector Air. The team in the shop via the chat (Julie) were very helpful in answering questions and providing additional information. The price of the item and delivery was spot on. The product itself was fantastic and had clearly been checked over before despatch with a quality checklist included in the box from the shop - extremely accurate and great glass on top too purchased at the same time. I look forward to using it more over the coming weeks and as the weather warms up. I am sure I will be buying from Vector Air again - this is my second remote purchase.

Exceptional service and product

Very friendly staff, visit the shop if you get the chance. When ordering online it can take a while for delivery, but trust me it's well worth the wait. The staff really know there onions, plus I like the fact that every purchase is tested before delivery. Overall great experience.
