Great company really quick with their delivery and quality products, only one gripe I spent about £600 and missed one small part that they should have said I needed to fit the bipod to the rifle , when i rang they charged me £5 to send a £3 part , you would have thought good customer service would have sent it to me as it would have fitted in a first class envelope

Dovetail width issue even within same brand of scope rings
Having owned this brand of rings for a while and found them to be excellent - I fell foul of the cursed dovetail width inconsistency. My AA HFT500 has a narrow dovetail and the standard 30mm rings fitted perfectly so expected the variable height rings to fit perfectly - my mistake they were too wide and would not grip the rail!! So I had to pay the postage to return them for a full refund.

I normally buy most of my shooting…
I normally buy most of my shooting equipment from Vector Air and they’ve always provided excellent service, so I’d usually rate them 5 stars. Unfortunately, this purchase was a huge disappointment.
I bought a brand-new Epic Vision air rifle, but on its very first outing the magazine continually jammed, making the rifle unusable. For a premium-priced rifle, this was completely unacceptable and certainly not the level of quality I was expecting.
To be fair to Vector Air, they handled the return professionally and issued me with a full refund without any problems. My disappointment is with the product rather than the customer service. I hope the manufacturer addresses these quality control issues because it has the potential to be a great rifle, but my experience was extremely poor.
