Fix your payment processes.
I like the variety of stuff that your site offers. Please fix your payment portals. The only way I could make a payment in a few of the other people I know that is use your site makes a payment is only through PayPal since your third party card reader is a complete nightmare to deal with.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your input and apologize for any inconvenience. Please share photos of the device after skin application along with the cutter, plugin and file format specification which you use to support@vecras.com.
Precision!
I bought templates for my MBP and my wife's MBA. I used the seamless templates. They are super precise. It's a much better deal than buying a skin since I can pick any 3M 2080 vinyl myself and re-cut whenever I want.

Did not fit
Did not fit, and was not helped.
The Vinyl overlapped the keyboard and was not able to serve it's only purpose.
[I double checked everything, and applied it multiple times, and still ended up with issues. The file was not stretched.] The template seems to be 100% to blame.

We received your request email and it has been replied to and is being looked into. As the image you shared, it looks like the size was changed before the final cut at your end. There is no fault in the template.
As always great service great support
