The t-shirt is good but a little small for a size xl, I think the sizes don't fit exactly! But everything else is very good!

Quick processing, but damaged products and poor packaging experience
Products bought: Joyagear Elasto Handwraps and Joya Handpads Leer Fight Fast
Positives:
1. Order was processed within 2 working days
2. Decent selection of products
Negatives:
1. Products arrived damaged (in sealed condition)
2. Products were not packaged well (no protection, loose products in the box)
3. My product review does not show on the product page, only on my account page under "My reviews" making it impossible to share my experiences with the products I bought
4. Webshop uses DHL for returns which the consumer must pay for (6-8 euros). No option to pickup from a Post NL / DHL location to save on emissions (must be sent to the company directly via consumer)

I bought a product online on the…
I bought a product online on the official website which I did not receive, the courier lost the package. I reported immediately that I did not receive the products I paid for from them and asked for a refund. They sent me a form to fill out, I sent it back and they replied that the time for it is up to 3 days. I have not received either the products or the refund of the paid goods. Never again, I do not recommend. I was cheated and robbed !!!

Purchased an item that clearly stated…
Purchased an item that clearly stated "2-3 day shipping". Two weeks later and it still hasn't arrived. Called on the phone a week ago to ask where it was and they said it first had to be ordered from their supplier and then would be shipped to me (they also said it would be with me in a couple days from when I called). So they knew that it couldn't possibly be delivered in 2-3 days, so why say that on the website?
Shipping delays and complications due to Covid are understandable. What isn't understandable is lying about the shipping time on the website. This is a clearly dishonest business practice designed to dupe customers into ordering items under false pretenses.
EDIT: company contacted me promptly and said it was a misunderstanding between them and the shipping company. Once this was resolved it was shipped and arrived quickly. Thanks for fixing the situation!
