Truly excellent service from the VCO…
Truly excellent service from the VCO Electrical Services team. I used them for an EICR report and to remediate two C2 codes by replacing the whole fusebox. Dan was quick to reply to emails and provide very competitive quotes; Alan was punctual and did a thoroughly professional job; and payment was very simple to complete online. Great experience all round and highly recommended - I shall be using them for all electrical jobs in future!

Two pleasant
Two pleasant, professional men came to a 6 bedroom house and worked on an EICR report within an hour despite two fuse boxes found! They told me what was the problems were so I understood and felt confident with what they had done when they had left. The written report came within 24 hours by email. I realised I had not asked any questions or asked to see proof of their identity at the door before letting them in. However, Thank you. Job done. Would recommend any time.

Great service and communication
Checked a few different companies for quotes and also advice on certain aspects of an EICR report, particularly around underfloor heating within the property we were looking to buy. Dan explained everything in good detail and provided by far the most easy to understand information on what would be covered by the report. The inspection was carried out within a couple of days and I found the service and the communication excellent throughout.
