I wish that the customer service would of been better, because they are very hard to get along with, and if you get upset with them they will block you for the rest of your life. Also their software is donation ware which means you have to donate to them to get the unlimited access to their software. Also sometimes it crashes, makes funny noises like your audio turning into a robotic sound until you reset the software. I tried to email them, and still they don't what I am talking about when it comes to social media support. They blocked me on Facebook and also "X" as well. I am thinking researching for another sound card software company soon. These people come from France, and it seems they are racist and also against American people.
