We're not sure what you mean as order confirmation was sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order. Following that a shipping confirmation email was sent to the email address you provided the following day when your order was shipped.
If you're ever missing information or would like to know more about your order, it's best to email us at the time so we are able to help you with your query. Unfortunately letting us know on Trustpilot once your order is complete and has been delivered, leaves us no opportunity to assist you with your query.
