Waiting without tracking updates
My order code is 3221480, it was confirmed on the 27th of november and already 27 days have passed, the maximum waiting time listed on the Vawoo website. I had recieved a email a few weeks ago saying my package was already in the netherlands, although on the PostNL website it still says it's at the shippers warehouse. What a shocking service.. Obviously they do not stock the items and only reship them. Took a month from my order until they despatched it. Then another 3 weeks to get delivered. Their delivery times are what all their negative reviews are about, yet they do nothing about it. If they are ordering in the product from somewhere else. it still take less that a week for them to get it and despatch it. Most resellers do it in days. All the time you are waiting you are worrying about whether you have been scammed or not. So if you order from them, be prepared for it to take a couple of months for you to get the product

I placed an order on Vawoo on December 2nd. The money was successfully deducted from my card, but I never received a tracking number or any confirmation code for my parcel.
When I contacted customer support to check my order status, I was told that my card details were supposedly not provided and the order was never completed. This is unacceptable and factually incorrect, as the payment went through and the transaction is confirmed by my bank.
Currently, I have neither the product nor an official order confirmation, despite the fact that the money has been taken from my account. I demand an immediate investigation into this matter and a full refund of my funds.

Hidden long delivery times.
Unfortunately, when I ordered I didn't read the fine print that it will take up to a month for the package to get delivered. If I knew I would have not ordered.
What is even the point of this store? If I wanted cheap and long waiting periods I would have just ordered directly from China from either Temu or Aliexpress.
The worse part is that you cannot get a refund because the package is already "on its way" when in reality its stuck in some Netherlands warehouse for weeks.
