Called for a simple question, still on hold
Called for a simple question about coverage and ive been on hold for 30 minutes (and counting!) It would be one thing if they acknowledged me with a real person saying please hold at least or told me where im at in the que. But instead i just get a funky jazz soundtrack for 30 minutes. I feel like insurance companies do this on purpose so that you just give up if its not life and death important. Not a great way to treat someone who gives you like 500 dollars a month. Why are insurance companies always so evasive??

Worst experience I’ve had with a hiring staff. They just waste your time and money $$$ I left a more thorough review on their website.

This insurance company is the absolute worst! I pay for the high-end plan, $42 dollars out of my check every single week and they will not pay my bills. I had labs done in January that were covered but they still haven't paid my bill and it is August. When I call they apologize and tell me they will pay it immediately but it never gets paid! I have problems with other bills getting filed & paid also. I have decided to contact the insurance commission & the BBB. If you are an individual or a company, please do not use this company. You will regret it!
Horrible Services
I had a very frustrating experience with this Vault health insurance. They are not on top of their services, and are horrible communicators.
Despite clearly listing primary care visits as a covered benefit, they initially denied coverage for a routine appointment. I expected a straightforward process, but instead found myself hit with an unexpected bill. A simple check in at the doctor almost ended up costing over $700.
Their website and user portal is useless. However, the representatives on the phone support were very nice and sought to correct this.
There was no transparency, no accountability, and no proactive communication from the company itself. If I hadn’t followed up multiple times, they would have quietly left me to pay out of pocket for something they were supposed to cover. I don't recommend this provider to anyone looking for dependable or responsive service.
They are horrible!!
They are horrible!!! They keep denying my prior authorization for my medication that I have been on for 10 years. They are wasting my time and my Drs. Time to try to get it covered. Solid would not recommend!!!!
Vault is horrible
Vault is horrible. Sure, they will take your money but good luck getting help with doctors or prescriptions. Now you can drive 5 hrs to see a specialist but dont expect but 10 bucks or less from them. My husbands company has them and because of many complaints they are dropping vault. Cheaper is not better. They are a fraud!!! They had the gall to want to assign a nurse to me to make sure i dont spend their money. And if you have to be on the hospital, you are screwed!!!!

I do not want to give them any stars I went for a prescreening drug test prior to me taking the test my doctors had just added in taking away some medication in which when i went to the collection center for the test i was not ask to provide my prescription in which resulted in my test coming back positive in which without give me time to provided them documents of my prescription they decided to send this information to dot which resulted in me losing the position little did they no i had been offered three other position from sept 17 to present in which my test image a blood test that shows a pattern of negative results this company has jeopardized my cdl in my income in i am single mom of an artistic child i am now battling the clearing house to get this taking of my file in pray after being a cdl holder since 1997 i have never experience anything like this i recommend if anyone here the name of this company to run they have made my life a living hell in now i may have to consult with a lawyer

I’m trying to take a drug test for my new employer. For some strange reason, it keeps telling them that my drivers license is invalid. This is not true. When are you going to fix this issue?
I understand when I make a mistake on…
I understand when I make a mistake on something but when you lie twice saying you have done something then when I go behind them and call they so called person to find out different, how is that professional. They have cost me 3 days of work which amounts anywhere from 1200 to 1500 miles. What kind of mess is this when a review company cost the customer money or better yet the individual driver
Don't Work for Vault Workplace Screening - they don't pay you!
Vault Workplace Screening - an awful company!
Vault HQ or is their name Vault Workplace Screening? It could be any of the previous 3 names they have incorporated under in the last 10 years. At the time of this writing (October 24, 2023) their name is Vault Workplace Screening - check in tomorrow for what they may be called then.
They have been in my purview for about 10 years and they changed their name a few times from something with the initials of FFS (what the letters stood for changed so the initials didn't have to) to this present name.
What I recall vividly was how they would send me faxes of who their clients were in other jurisdictions. I can only ask, why? They faxed me (at my expense because I pay for those pages and ink) to tell me how well they were doing. I am a medical provider; I am not their friend, an investor, or even a guy remotely interested in their business success. This was akin to a friend texting you about how they got laid last night. You are left with the question, "did I ask for this information?" If so, how did I ask because I want to rescind my interest (if I ever had any).
So you have a client in Arkansas or South Dakota - how does this help me in my office in Newark, NJ? Is this a flex that you are successful in a way that does nothing for me? I couldn't image writing to every patient I have seen to tell them how I saw 15 more people today - what would make me think that they are remotely interested in this information?
Local to NJ they are at 199 Water St 23rd floor, New York, NY 10038. They seem to have offices everywhere. Or not, they could just be that rented office on Water Street and just pretending to have more offices. I wouldn't put that level of deception past them. They may also explain why they don't pay me - they can't because they don't have the (less than) $100 I am owed.
What I can tell you is that they hire local healthcare providers to do any of about 50 screening exams from drug screens to TB testing and that sort of thing in background checks
What I can also tell you is that they do not pay you if they can get away with it - I mean pay you ever! Unless you intend to be in touch many times over the next few months after you provide services and, then, they pay you the wrong amount or for only half of the clients you saw. It is either a very disorganized company or just criminals in A-line skirts (everyone who works there seems to be a dyed-blonde woman - at least everyone on the website's landing page masthead).
When you point out these errors they tell you any of a myriad of excuses (e.g. "we were not informed that you did those other procedures", "There were 2 patients, really?", "Did you submit the paperwork promptly? You did? There must be a problem with Account Payable", "We have no record...) You get the idea.
I did work for them in mid-August and I have yet to be paid!
Garbage company staffed by garbage people.
Do not work for them or accept work from them. You are a health professional and you deserve to get paid.
We would all be better off if we just don't accept work from them! I hope that they get orders from their main office to pay better for per diem work and, especially, on time.
Ha, ha! of course that will never happen! No wonder people think I have a sense of humor - I can't stop myself from writing comedy!
Comedy - like that sentence about Vault Workplace Screening and corporate responsibility for paying their providers! We are talking about VAULT WORKPLACE SCREENING here - not a decent and responsible company.
Wait for it...wait for it... did they just change their name again? I should have known that was going to happen.
Not much help from VaultHealth
Mixed reviews from us. The bad news is that when your $90 test kit expires before you use it, they will not send you a new collection vial or an updated kit. You are just out the $90 and they pocket a huge windfall. We recently had 4 kits expired and Vault customer service refused to help us out. The part that expires is the reagent in the inexpensive (pennies to produce) saliva collection vial. They could easily and cheaply send you a new one thereby resetting your expiry date. Most of what you pay for with the $90 cost is to cover UPS express shipping for the return, the on-line supervision, and of course testing the samples in their labs. Vault does not have to cover any of that once they cut you off before collection and testing. I have had a quite different experience with the LabCorp at home collection Pixel PCR test. They sent me a replacement kit once my original kit expired. We have bought a total of 10 kits from Vault and used six within the dates, but 4 expired recently. I think its poor customer service not to at least offer a low-cost collection vial replacement to keep these costly kits viable.
no shipping info, no response, 30+ minutes to answer phone
ordered 20 antigen test oct 28. no shipping info emailed. emailed customer service 3 times and called one want waited 30+ minute with to answer. today is nov 11. not sure recommend working with VaultHealth again.
Last year I got the kit for the test…
Last year I got the kit for the test and I got an appointment online, I was connected before the time of the appointment, it said I have 15 minutes wait, I was for about 2 hours waiting and nothing. I called them, no answer. I traveled without the PCR test and I got ten days quarantine time at home.
They cashed out the $120 from my banking account, I called the bank, the reimbursed me the money, Vault Health contacted them saying that I got the test and I was negative. I went to the bank and showed them the kit still sealed. They said the couldn’t do anything and I lost my money, time plus I had to be in quarantine.
I put any date because was the last year I don’t have at this moment the exact date, I have to look for it, but If I don’t set the date I can’t write the review right now when I have the opportunity. They are robbers, thieves, abusive, scammers.

Vault Health Covid Test Kits & Customer Service
I trusted the Vault Health At-Home Covid test kits at some pretty stressful times during the pandemic. The proctors were patient in explaining the process. Kathy in Customer Service was particularly helpful when asked how to transfer a kit from one person to another. Thank you!

Today I called Vault health looking for information in regards to testing as a result of it needed Covid test for travel. Cathy helped me look through the details explained the process and took the initiative Calmly to help me! Great representative of the company
Won’t get your result for at least 5 days
My only positive thing to say is that customer service replied somewhat quickly and that the woman who helped me take my PCR test over zoom was lovely. However, I sent my test in on a Saturday morning and have yet to hear my results and it is now wednesday.
When I emailed customer service letting them know that my tracking number isn’t working, they let me know that they had received my test and would have my results in the next 12 hours.
Well, about 4 hours after that I received an email from vault health letting me know that I would receive my results in 24-48 hours. It’s been over 24 hours and I still haven’t heard anything. Because of this I’ve had to miss even more work and that’s something I really can’t afford to do.
Please don’t waste your time with this test and just go to a testing center or urgent care if you want your results within a week. I just wish they’d given me an accurate time frame so I could have avoided this nightmare in the first place :(
